“Sparkling!”

The room was a bargain for beautiful and comfortable room. Did not need the kitchenette, but did not add to the price, still a bargain.

“Tacky”

This hotel is not somewhere I would ever stay again. it is the only hotel i have ever been in that does not have matching towels how tacky. yellow and white together. For what i paid it was a total waste I should have paid a few dollars more and stayed at the Marriott. Motel 6 is next door for half the cost and probably looks better.

“Horrible hotel, terrible service”

Bed full of hairs,beds sheets from cheap fabric very thin, pillow extrem small and funny short, carpet dirty, hallway and elevator small and smelly. Doors have holes poorly patch. Staff mean and rude. if something happen to your room you will not get room change, they WONT do a thing. i checked-in a room with dirty sheet, they told me to come down stair get another sheet and change by myself, they wont do a thing. Sheet smell like they never put detergent for washing. After that , no room change, no deduction fee or no refund, no apologize. Price is not cheap after tons of extra fees applied After they took your money then will be No No NO, only yes things are: They will collect extra fee for resort every day: Yes, pay parking each car each day: Yes, you will be your own housekeeping: yes. Think before you choose this Hotel, please read all negative review. People who the positive review may be never sleep in a hotel or them house may be like a dumpster that why they think here is best. I have been stay in different hotel , different places, but this one is far from negative. I will not be back. Compare all fee paid after this hotel charge, for another $20.00, you can sleep in Marriot on 9 cloud beds, 400 thread sheet, believe me. if you are on budget, then pick other hotel lower price, you will be happy.

great hotel with kitchen and refrigerator in room. helps to save money when you can make your own food at the hotel.

“Perks even for those on a budget”

We were very surprised with this hotel. We are 2 20somethings headed to Disneyland for the first time. It was very easy to get to the parks (and several restaurants just outstide the park) by taking the shuttle that picks up just outside the hotel (we were just too far away to walk after a long day at the parks) The room was not as expected for such an inexpensive place. It comes fully equip with a kitchenette, great for saving money on meals!! There was only 1 queen bed so I wouldn't recomend this particular room for the family/kids but they do offer bigger rooms. All in all a great experience for those on a budget!

“Close to everything, easy walk/drive to disneyland”

We stayed here with 3 & 10 month old. Having the fridge with kids is definitely a plus. we bought some food from 7-11 down the street. The hotel isnt fancy or new, but none of the hotels around there for the $$ are...Decently priced, accomidating, was a nice surprise. You can walk or drive to disneyland and is right near shopping and eating.

Unless you love to stay with so many ants, do not stay here. From the door to bed, there's a march of ants. The condition of room was so dirty that I had to leave earlier than what I was supposed to. I could even find debris of food everywhere in the room and towels in bathroom were badly foxed. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

“Don't stay here!”

Horrible customer service! The front desk clerk Nazim was very rude, our rooms bathroom door did not lock, the shower tub leaked, and you have to exchange your towels with the front desk. Please save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.
