Won't be back

The room was extremely outdated and wasn't very clean, beds were uncomfortable, and they need to vacuum!

Run down, dirty carpets

Posted Oct 13, 2014
This place is fine if you dont mind dirty carpets, amd you need a kitchen. Great for construction workers ir other vusiting service personell. I would not want it for a family trip, unless, i was really limited on budget and intended to use the kitchenette fir breakfast and dimner to save money. Then it would be ok, if you dont mind the dirty carpets.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever been in!!!

Posted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Try cleaning it...buy new mattresses...update furniture!!!
Absolutely filthy! I could write my name on all furniture in the dust that covered it....stains on the floor throughout...broken shower that was not useable the morning my entire was trying to get ready and head out to Disneyland...needless to say we had to go without showers!!! I documented all this with pictures!! Bed was horribly worn and was slopped terribly on one side. There were even stains on the sheets...

Close to disney but stay elsewhere

Posted Aug 29, 2014
Floors were sticky and the rooms smelled bad, towels need to be replaced and so does the decor. Resort fees were added with no explanation of what was covered in it. I will stay elsewhere next time In in town

So many better properties in the immediate area

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Covered parking lot and they let us park here for thr day wile we attended an event at the convention center.
Cons: Clean carpet, better quality linens, some way of ventilating the air in the stairwells and hallways. Ice from filtered water source.
Location: Disneyland, and accompanying properties, anaheim convention center, etc
Smelled like old food the minute we entered the lobby. Smell was so much worse in the stairwell! Carpet was filthy - kept our shoes on the whole time. Beds we're clean but not too comfortable. Bathroom was clean but very basic - no fan blower for moisture and lowest quality towels you have ever seen.

Hotel has no pool, elevators were dirty and so slow. Room cleaning staff were slacker just leaving new towels everyday considered cleaning room. We will not stay there again. It's at the end of strip, means not very close to disney .

Too expensive for what you get

Posted Aug 8, 2014
Pros: Room size and location
Cons: Renovation, carpets better cleaned, mattresses and pillows definitely need upgrade
Location: Close to Disneyland
Pillows and beds terrible, hotel really old, you know that Disney area would be expensive, but I didn't like the hotel at all. Carpets dirty, really old tv......
