“Very impressed with hotel staff!”

We really enjoyed our stay here we did the off room suite it was very clean and decent view off balcony. The 5star rating is for staff. Our plane came in at noon. Obviously didnt have anywhere to go but hotel we checked to see if any rooms were available at that time and the friendly desk clerk said only a 20 min wait and they would be happy to hold our luggage. We agreed to that and he mentioned a nice italian restaurant right across the block. We were half way across the block and he came running out and said they overlooked and their was a room READY he said grab some lunch and come back he would have the bags in the room and to just grab hotel keys on the way back! We were stunned on how they went out of their way to help exhausted family with two little ones! nice breakfast each morning it was a 5 star buffet by no means but it does the job they have assorted cereal,bagels, muffins, juice, eggs or pancakes, sometimes potatoes fruit, yogurt toast, waffles. this hotel has its own shuttle so no need to take the city bus just down the parking lot. This one cost us 14pp for 4 days completely worth it because it doesn't stop like the city bus 50 times before Disney it's a one way all the way there. Plus you can go n come back as many times as you need. It also picks you up till an hour after the park closes. The only disappointment I would half to say is slow elevators. Only way I noticed is because of carrying a sleeping 5year old 3 nights I. A row :) I loved this place!

Area recommendations

If you have a few extra days after going to disney try Newport beach or Santa Monica both must sees!

“"family oriented hotel"”

Nice and clean hotel. good breakfast buffett in the morning. Emplyees very helpful. The only turnoff is that you they charged for parking.

“Great hotel near Disneyland”

We have stayed in the Disneyland area and we wish we could have spent more time in this lovely hotel. The beds were so comfortable and the room (we had a deluxe room) was so spacious. This is especially a great place to stay if you will be at Disneyland for more then 2 days so you can cook some of your own meals and save money. The breakfast was pretty good and my kids were happy. This is the best place we have stayed in this price range.

“Great hotel!”

This was a nice hotel that met my requirements for high-speed Internet and a nice complimentary breakfast. I love the bedding! The mattress was so soft that it was hard to get up in the morning. Too bad there are not more restaurants though within walking distance, but I caught a shuttle to other areas.
