Great Location

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Everything! Staff was great!
Cons: We didn't have a ice bucket and had to ask twice for it.
Location: Cheer competition, Disneyland, Downtown Disney, restaurants.
Perfect for the cheer competition at the convention center. Everyone was VERY accommodating for all our needs.

Real poor for the price of 216 per night +

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: From the TOP to the BOTTOM
Location: Paying for rooms, no money left to do anything!!!!
Rooms were in the class of $39.95 a night NOT 216 per night. 1st room we had was a 5 min. walk from the elevator, next room was better. I feel that 216 + for a room I should not need to pay $30.00 for a refrigerator, plus $16.00 a night for parking my car in their lot. I have stayed at 1st classed Hotel's in Las Vegas for a lot less money, and had a refrigerator and with FREE PARKING. Calif has out priced it's self.

Biggest hotel disappointment

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: location, that's all its got.
Cons: complete renovations to the washrooms and furnishing. need to do something with the beds and pillows, couldn't get a good night sleep.
pricy for the condition of the rooms and beds. it wasn't what I was expecting for the money paid, when we stepped into the rooms it felt like we travelled 30 years back in time.

Very nice. All staff was friendly and helpful. Great family oriented hotel. Only drawback was convention center kept it very busy inside the hotel but we fit right in with it all.

Decent hotel with a great location!

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Booked this hotel due to its' proximity to Disneyland. Found the staff to be overall friendly. The room was overall comfortable and clean. Was more of a basic room compared to some others that I have stayed. Having no free Wifi internet access was a negative. Overall was happy with the stay and would stay there again.

Close to Disneyland

Posted Apr 1, 2014
Pros: The proximity to the Toy Story parking lot saved our family some money because we didn't pay for the ART shuttle.
Cons: The pool had a teen party atmosphere at night. I would have preferred it to be more family-friendly.
Location: Super close to the Toy Story parking lot. From there, a short and free ride to the park entrances. Subway, Coldstone, and Carl's Jr. a short walk.
Stayed overnight with two kids. A five minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot, where we would catch the free Disneyland shuttle to the entrance of either park. The 5th floor pool was nice and included a spray ground for the kids. The pool did get quite rowdy at night, with DJ and glow sticks adding to the non-kid-friendly atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was quite gourmet, much more than the pastries and eggs I was expecting. Our room was clean, spacious, and quite comfortable, with a view of the fireworks at night. My husband was bothered that he couldn't lock the sliding door to the bathroom, however.

Perfect hotel when visiting the Convention Center

Posted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: The silence! There were 100's of cheerleaders (plus my own) staying in the hotel. Once you were in your room you couldn't hear any of them, not even o
Cons: A better source for breakfast. Starbucks had a 2 hour wait and my orange juice and banana from the gift shop cost me $7.
Our room was very clean and comfortable. I was able to check in early which made it convenient for my extremely busy day at the convention center.
