Staying at this hotel was very convenient from shops and restaurants. Self parking was easy to find late in the evening. The amenities in the room included a microwave and bulky bathroom amenities. The room was clean except found dirty stains on one of the bed sheet and the blanket. Requested for a new one while we were out of the room, but when we returned it wasn't delivered. Late at night, there is no housekeeping to deliver amenities and need to pick it up at the front desk. The hotel also includes a 24 hours gym and a laundromat. I booked this hotel because it was only less than 10 minutes drive to Disneyland. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, I will return to this hotel again when we visit Anaheim.

I recommend this hotel if you will be gone all day, Disney is a walkable distance from this hotel or a cheap Uber ride. I loved everything about my stay. Although the person who checked me in and out was super helpful and nice, some of the staff can come off as a little annoyed by the guest . However, it wasn’t too extreme and it’s understandable since it is a busy location. This does not discredit how clean and comfortable this hotel was. It was worth all the money spent, I will return to this hotel!

Staffs were friendly. I like the breakfast buffet option even though I didn’t get to use it during my stay. I like the snack and drink options downstairs but they’re overpriced. I paid $7 for a cup noodle. The bathtub didn’t feel clean. Overall enjoyable stay.

Upon check in, I was advised of a $50 per day parking fee. This is excessive and I wasn’t told of this ahead of time. Not cool. Otherwise, it was fine.

Check in was easy. Luggage carts readily available. Beds comfortable. If you have an infant rake your own crib sheets. They don’t have any but do have pack n plays. 10 minute drive to Disneyland Only downside was breakfast buffet was $16/person. Luckily there was a McDonald’s a mile away.

I do have three cars in the hotel to charge me $25 each day for three days three cars was a lot of money. Muscatels doesn’t charge for the parking so that was a nugget.

This hotel was very clean, and updated. The only thing that caught me and my husband off guard is that on top of paying your hotel fee you have to pay 30$ a night for parking. I have never had a hotel not having parking for their guests. Was very surprised. Other than that the staff was respectable and the hotel was overall very nice.

Room was good and location was close to bus so that was okay. They tried to charge me for parking even though I had no vehicle. They also charged me for breakfast even after they stated it was included in my stay. Very deceiving practices. Probably means managers tell their employees to lie so they can make more money. Never staying here again.

The location is fine and the people are nice but they do know how to deceive you. At the end of my stay, they wanted to charge me for parking although I had no vehicle. Today I get a charge for breakfast even though I was told repeatedly it was part of my stay. I just called them and told them they are very nice while misleading people on charges. I just wonder how many times they get away with charging people for things they don't use or are suppose to be complimentary.
