“Absolutely comfortable and accommodating room”
Very clean and ample room. Great furniture and stylist decorations. Very comfortable bed with firmness adjustment a PLUS. Desk, chair and working space very accommodating. Bathroom clean and odorless due a quiet but constant exhausting fan. ONLY drawback was the fitness center that have a broken exercising piece of equipment which impacts equipment availability. I will go back for sure!
“Great place to stay in Orange County, CA”
This hotel is a pleasant experience, away from all the hustle and bustle of the beaches, yet very convenient and only 10 to 15 min. to several beaches. There is a restaurant in the hotel and others very close. We enjoyed the quiet, pleasant and spacious room with a refrig. and microwave. The lobby is a good place to enjoy friends.
“Just Average - Would appreciate better customer service from Front desk!!”
For the same price you might be able to find a newer hotel in the area. We book a room which included Free breakfast. We did not know that we were supposed to be given the coupons during check-in. The following morning, we came down for breakfast and the front desk clerk acted as if she has never heard of this offer before and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Fortunately we printed our confirmation with details. I think she felt that damages were already and pretended that she had never heard of this deal which is a total LIE. How can a deal being offered on a worldwide travel site like Expedia not be known by a check-in clerk. I would NOT recommend this hotel unless you want to be in an intimidating situation!!!

Stayed two nights in early August on Friday/Saturday. Most reviews I read were very good. Hotel was older than expected and in need of a refurbish. Bathrooms were very small. Vent fan in bathroom did not work. I told the staff but nothing was done. Hotel offered a breakfast but it was pricey at over $12.00 per person. Pool was very tiny and we did not use it as it was not very inviting. I will say the beds were very comfortable. Bottom line is that if I came back to same area for a stay I would stay at the Hampton Inn next door. I would not bring my wife to this hotel as bathrooms were too small for two people to share..

our stay was just one night during this trip to california. we were very satisfied with the hotel. the staff were professional, courteous and eager to take care of our needs. The breakfast was excellent. we'll stay here again when visiting california.
