Great intercity getaway hotel.

In general my wife and I had a great. We use the hotel to get away from the daily routines and have sometime to ourselves. We enjoyed the fitness room and the pool. Although the pool was not completely clean it was still nice to relax. We did not go in the spa because it had a lot of sand on the bottom and it did not looked Clean. Our first impression of the room was not good, because we walked into a hot stuffy room. So we had to call guest services to come figure out the room temperature issue and with in minutes it was pleasantly resolved.

Urgent needs renovations

I booked à King size bed and got 2 doubles in handicap, it was only me and i never requested à handicap. Poor cleaning.

Great place, lacks servie

Hotel staff ignored us, and referred us to another representative after a couple of minutes. The other representative was quiet and did not give us any instructions. Once we got settled, the view was amazing. Everything I expected from this hotel, but we found a cockroach? Uh... Even three star hotels don't have cockroaches. It was on our couch. I would recommend this place for the view, but at the cost of service.

It made my TNCC Class less stressful. Thinking after a hard day in a difficult class, I'll have a comfortable night.

Nice hotel close to airport and business district.

Cons: They should include a small fridge and microwave. Everything else is great.
It was pleasant. Staff was courteous and check in was a breeze. My bill was as discussed so no surprises. Overall we had a great time.

Pros: location is convenient and located in a nice area.
Very nice place to stay...I will go again. From the valet to the pool, the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Pleasant hotel next to Airport

First time staying here, and enjoyed it, very much so. Staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. The rooms very warm and inviting. Beds are nice and comfy, and highly enjoyed their 41inch tv. If ever in irvine and need a place to crash, this Hilton is my top choice.

Front disk

I did not really like the way that people in the front disk treated me, I asked for an extra bed in the room earlier once I arrived and the person told me that they are out of them but he told me I'll send a ballon bed instead and I agreed. At night I went to the front disk to ask for that bed but there were a girl that refused to give me any kind of beds because they are out of them, I mentioned to her that I ordered earlier and an employee at the front disk conformed my request. Then I had to talk to the supervisor to get whatever bed to sleep on and he sent me a thick blanket instead of the bed I have been asking for !!

Not room I reserved

Very disappointed. Though the hotel was very nice, I made a reservation for a room with two beds. They said using Expedia does not guarantee your room. If that us the case, why would anyone book through expedia.

Beautifu decor in lobby.

Pros: Lobby decor.
Cons: Air conditioner.
Very nice property for the price. Air conditioner in the room is loud so every time it turned on we woke up. Otherwise property was very pleasant.
