Lamp in the room didn't work. Reserved a king size bedroom 2 months in advance and still was given a room with two full beds. Card keys didn't work at pool gate.

Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean.

Pros: Courteous staff.
Cons: Bathtubs need to be more appropriate for guests use.
Location: Disneyland, California adventure, downtown disney and orange outlet mall
Only disappointment was that our tub was refinished and peeling, my kids refused to take a bath in it. Luckily another family member had a room where they showered.

Made our trip perfect! ! :)

Great place to stay. Close to Disney but away from all the traffic. Would not recomend walking. City bus pickup out front, not a Disney shuttle, or do like we did and park at Disneyland. Our room had an amazing view of the park fireworks and the the Mickey ears shaped pool. Rooms are vary clean and modern. Recomend popping for the breakfast voucher at the hotel restaurant. Kids eat free with paid adult. We did not. A generous couple checking out wasn't using there's and gave to us.

Awful experience

We arrived the hotel after a whole day in Disneyland, the guy at the reception gave us a dirty room. I had to come back to the reception from the 8th floor to ask for another room.

Dear Pablo, I'm so sorry this happened during your stay! This is an unusual occurrence for our hotel. I do hope everything else went well and you will be back to give us another try in the future. Sincerely, Marilyn A, General Manager

Great resort hotel!

Booked here last minute for a quick overnight stay. Accommodated me showing up at 3am with no problem. Nice pool. The beds are great. Good AC. I would have liked a complimentary breakfast, but that's no big deal.

Good hotel for Disneyland

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Nice rooms, reasonable rates, clean
Hotel was good. Shuttle to Disneyland was required - not close enough to walk. $5 per person for the shuttle was a bit steep, but couldn't be helped.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, comfortable room, clean, clean pool. Definetly would stay again. Onsite restaurant is Disney overpriced.... Eat somewhere else or go to the grocery store. Grade A.

You get what you pay for!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. I've been to Anaheim before but I've never stayed at a holiday inn and I've got to say I will never again. The hotel isn't in the nicest part of Anaheim but it is about 10mins from Disneyland and Disney California adventure. The hotel itself is VERY outdated and run down. Our bed was awful, you could feel every spring and when you moved it felt like the bed was about to break in half. Bathroom was clean and had the very basics but the shower had no pressure so it took awhile to wash my hair but no big deal. The room had blinds that didn't close do there was no privacy and my room faced the car park and in the morning there was no escaping the sun. Also the air conditioner in this place was as big as the boot of my car and was so loud you couldn't have it running during the night as it kept my husband and I awake. Overall if your on a budget holiday and you have a load of kids then maybe this is for you. Personally I'll pay the extra $30 a night and stay at the Marriott.

Dear Skye, I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your stay with us. You will be happy to hear that we are anxiously anticipating a complete hotel renovation by the end of this year. This will address all the concerns you had with our hotel, including new beds and HVACs! Despite your disappointment this time, I do hope you give us another chance after our remodel. Sincerely, Marilyn A., General Manager

A gem for d-land

Loved everything about it. Easy access, check in, check out, close proximity to disneyland. Had a huge room, double bed, large bathroom (with wheelchair access). Recommended!
