Second time here and staff was really nice and helpful and the room was clean and nice. Also is pretty close to attractions without all the crowds

Staff was very nice. Loved the free shuttles to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm.

Not Much Sleep

This room was located right behind the elevators and vending machine area and there was mechanical noise all night long. The bathrooms were not clean and they only supplied us with three bath towels when we had four on the reservation. We asked to be moved to another room, but returned from Knotts too late to have this accommodation. The man at the front desk was rude when we checked-in and overall it was not worth the cost. Also, hang-on when you take the shuttle. 50 miles per hour through their parking lot -- it was the first "thrill ride" of the morning.

Close to disneyland

We had a great stay for 4 nights in the hotel. It is also close to multiple restaurant choices and target (in caee you forgot to bring something). Friendly staff and quick check-in and out.

Tiny things could've made me give five stars

When we got there only one clerk was working. That's fine, however he never even greeted us. Okay, I can deal with that. A SECOND employee came out and began talking TO THE SAME PERSON THE CLERK WAS ALREADY DEALING WITH and completely ignored the line that had started to form. I'm assuming he was a manager and maybe he doesn't know how to check people in (I recently left a job at a hotel where the manager literally could not do anything), but he still could've acknowledged the people in line. When we got to our room it was late, I was exhausted, and my daughter was already asleep. I made my husband do a thorough inspection for bed bugs (he is a pest control technician) and luckily the room was clean. BUT upon entering the bathroom I noticed that the shower/tub was dirty. There was dirt and hair in there. I was disgusted, but my husband had checked everything else so we stayed in the room and he cleaned the shower by hand himself. We ate breakfast one day in the on site restaurant. The service was TERRIBLE and the food was mediocre at best. Also, when you walk in they do not ask your room number or anything, but at the end of the meal they will only accept a room charge. Maybe not an issue for some of you, but I was peeved. The shuttle drivers were near reckless. Constantly on and off the brakes because they weren't fully paying attention to what was going on and they drove too fast to be so negligent. Clean, nice lobby, lounge, and BEDROOM, but everything else was lacking.

Rooms need TLC

The staff was great, but the rooms need work. The AC units in both rooms we had allowed cold air in from the outside. Both showers had drainage issues and one of the toilets had a handle that needed jiggling. Since I heard the guy in front of me reporting similar problems at check-out, I'm wondering if this isn't the norm?

Convenient Location

Hotel is conveniently located to major freeways for easy access. Unfortunately our room was located next to an elevator and ice making machine on the first floor and the machine was making noises all night. We checked in late and were too tired to ask for another room so did not get a good night sleep.

Very convenient good service

Pros: Convenient location. Convenient restaurant with good food and kids eat free was a nice perk. Pool was nice. Nice to have in room fridge. great service
Cons: Bathroom in room looked dirty due to stains, was small and needed updating. Room could have been a bit cleaner.
Location: Knotts berry farm. Medieval times. Pirate show.
Hotel is very conveniently located close to knotts berry farm and medieval times. Service was great. Food was better than expected and it was nice that the kids ate free. Room was ok. Bathroom was small and needs updating. Pool was well maintained. Overall a nice place to stay and had good amenities. We'd stay there again.
