A very attentive, and friendly staff, extremely clean interior and well maintained grounds. The rooms were small but beautifully appointed and very clean. The bed was a bit hard otherwise it was a very nice experience and close to restaurants and shopping at Dana Point and San Clemente piers, as well as I-5. Would stay here again! Thanks to the hotel employees for their smiling faces and attention to detail - it's obvious they care about this hotel and their customers!

Although I did not stay much in the room due to a very busy schedule, the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. I appreciate having an iron and ironing board as well as hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave, etc. The staff was very friendly. I also appreciated the access to the computer/internet and the continental breakfast that was available each morning. Next time I travel to the San Clemente, CA area, I plan to stay here again.

Good service, pleasant room, & decent breakfast (fairly typical for a Holiday Inn Exp.). Centrally locacted for a visit to San Clemente. Elevator is very slow, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was hard to find at first because it's on top of a hill behind a shoping center. BUT everything else we loved about the hotel. The hotel was clean and had a lot of charm to it.

it was awesome!! i accidentally turned the cable off on the tv and they had someone up to my room to assist me in less than 2 minutes!! Great breakfast as well :)
