The hotel is in a perfect location and easy to find. Service great and beds were very comfortable. I definitely would stay again.

Very good hotel. The restaurant and bar were nice--decent food and drinks. I'd have liked it if the bar had stayed open later than it did. Hotel room was very large with plenty of room to work, relax, and sleep. Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was comfortable and convenient. Parking was FREE. I was traveling alone and felt safe. Coffee available in the mornings in the lobby. All in all it has been a good experience each time I've stayed there this year.

“TOP OF THE LINE EXPERIENCE.”

I went to Santa Ana via Metrolink. The hotel arranged for shuttle to pick me up at the Santa Ana Depot. After arriving at teh hotel, since my room was already paid via Expedia, they had my key ready. I went to my room and found it was not prepared for occupancy. I called the front desk and they reassigned me immediately to another room. After the seminar, the weather had turned very bad in Santa Ana. But the hotel provided me shuttle service to the Santa Fe Depot. Courtesy of staff was impeccable, especially a rising young star in the hotel industry by the name of Ashlee. The restaurant staff was gracious. The accommodations were more than comfortable. I am crippled with arthritis. Because of the changes in barometric pressure and incoming rain, it was difficult for me to sleep due to the pain. But the bed was so remarkably comfortable that I did not dare get out of bed. I have always liked Holiday Inn hotels. I like them even more now.

“Great location and hotel.”

It was a good experience from start to finish overall. The room was nice and looked fairly clean. The staff at the front desk could have been a little more prompt but when I had dinner at the hotel restaurant at the bar, it was made up for there. Very prompt and polite. We had clean towels daily and the bed was remade although not changed, which is normal hotel policy these days. The hotel is super convienent to the airport and the interstate to go anywhere you want to. Overall I would highly recommend.
