Pros: Staff, friendly and helpful.
Cons: Cleanliness of the rooms. Large stains on the carpet. My brothers room smelled of smoke and it was a non-smoking room.
Location: Old World Market Place was fun, great German Beer. Shopping mall across the street is huge with lots of great restaurants.
The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was recently renovated in 2013 but had dirty carpet and paint was damaged. We were in town to celebrate a birthday party, overall had a great time.

right in the middle of our family's cities

Cons: dressing mirrors...no way to check my look! ;)
nice lobby, easy parking, GREAT STAFF...the rooms look like they have had a facelift, but not a true remodel...but were comfortable...bedding smelled fresh and bleachy...i liked that!

Overpriced considering distance from the beach.

Acquired early booking discount. At regular room prices hotel is overpriced considering the quality of the rooms and overall experience. Rooms are being refurbished but maintenance issues remain. Close proximity to I-405, shopping center and Costco store is a bonus in its favor.

Great location, Upper level parking not great

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Location, close to restaurants, shops, mall, Costco.
Cons: The bar downstairs is boring and over priced. No late night appetizers, kind of disappointing, I went once and would not go back there.
Location: Great location, Huntington Beach has a lot to do.
The hotel was in decent shape, room was good, they are renovating upper level of the hotel. The bar area was ok only, no late night dining except for room service. The staff was ok, not too many hello's from the maid services. Parking on the top level is crowded and not that great. Room was good, closet door was so stuck we had to pry it open and the room keys work and not work, had to go replace my key once and I heard another customer complain about their keys also, they said to wiggle the door. REALLY?? It is 2014, fix the doors.

Great Location & Cosy

Perfect for a quick get away. Newly renovated rooms are great. Indoor pool is a nice touch that goes up to 5 1/2 ft- perfect for kids; there is also a jacuzzi for adults. Big movie theater right across the street. Multiple places to eat and shop at Bella Terra Mall- also across the street. Only 5-10 min from the beach. Driving distance from Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Westminster Mall, South Coast Plaza, and Newport Fashion Island. Old World Villiage is next door.

Close to shops

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Shops close by
Horrible, construction going on the 7th floor every day. I was placed on the 8th floor, I did switch to the 4th floor but still heard the construction. The fitness center was dirty, hot (no A/C), lack of equipment, broken equipment as well. The pool looked dirty. This was not a good experience at all and I never complain about these matters. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Nice rooms.

We had a good time when we took a little stay-cation here. The staff was great. The room was beautiful. You could tell that it used to be an older style hotel, that has been redone. But they did a real good job with the remodel. We took our kids to the indoor pool. It was dirty and needed a vacuum, but we went in anyway and had a great time. Free wi-fi and free parking.

It was okay, we could hear the neighbors conversation and doors slamming. The pillows were horrible, only 3 for a king size bed. No refrigerator, or microwave. The coffee pot only made one cup at a time, and we had to keep asking for coffee. The swimming pool was very dirty. Our stay was just OK!

Decor is nice but that's about it

This hotel is pretty but is seriously lacking! There was a charge for a mini fridge to be in your room. There was no holder or rack to open the luggage on. There was not even a toilet paper roll holder installed. The toilet paper was just sitting on the bathroom counter! The bed was hard too.
