Room I was placed in seemed a bit ran down/old. Toilet seat old and round, not oval for extra room to avoid contact. Sheets were stained and not sure if it was old blood. Parking was good but had to keep getting up in the middle of the night as someone’s alarm kept going off for hours and had to check to make sure it wasn’t mine. This was around 2am

This place is basically a Motel 6. Clean rooms, but nothing fancy. Property is old and could use an upgrade or two, even if just starting with the elevators. 1 restaurant/bar with odd/limited hours.

Thank you.. My wife love the place and people are very helpful.. Just on Sunday Mornings my car was not making noise but the front people make me to move the car.. 20 minute after a car from tesla was the one making the noise alarm going off.. not my car room 305

Big clean room, however outside yuck. Should have stayed across the street at Days Inn cleaner and free parking and free breakfast and nicer staff.

It was about a 12 min walk to the parks. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Pool area looked so nice but it was raining when we were there so didn't get to use it. Breakfast at hotel was great! Staff was great especially Hunni who went above to make our stay comfortable. Would stay again.

Door looked like it had been kicked in before as beneath the door handle the whole door was angled and on the inside you could see the door was about 1inch out. Room service was once every 2 days which was fine but when they did come they didn't empty the garbage or change the sheets, they just pulled the sheets down.

Stayed here on New Year’s Eve. Was able to park early and walk to the parks to save on parking fees. Staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Room never got cleaned! Only one bed made one time out of 4 night stay with double beds. Closest hotel to disney fireworks! Nice pool and hot tub!

Everything was great aside from a few minor inconveniences. We didn’t have hot water in the shower, which is quite the bummer after a whole day at the amusement park. It would only get Luke warm. Some of the shower amenities were empty, like the conditioner.

Frustrating
Unfortunately our stay was less than what we expected based off reviews. Leaking shower faucet with a stripped out and broken faucet handle. The day our room was cleaned, medication was taken from a toiletry bag on the bathroom counter. The exhaust fan in the shower room did not operate. We attempted to get linen for a pull-out couch bed, in fact called a day in advance to ask that linen be left in our room. They did not have any linen available and stated they ran out of blankets. Front desk staff were kind. The experience was different than expected but we made the best of it.

Property was clean and beautiful, especially for the value! Classic architecture mixed with updated features and many amenities, from reasonable priced laundry to a gorgeous outdoor area made the trip relaxing. Staff worked with us when we had to add a night at the last minute, and were friendly and accomodating. Will recommend to friends and family!

The room we stayed in was dirty, but not filthy. The road & freeway noise was so loud it kept us up at night. The mattresses are so old and lumpy, they gave us knots & cramps when attempting to sleep on them (we actually slept on the floor they were so bad). The fixtures in the room were poorly installed. The outlets were hard to find and access. The lighting situation was confusing. The staff was friendly, and the 24 hour pool is cute.

Hotel is decent. It’s close to Disneyland and the staff is nice however it sits right over the freeway and is beyond loud to the point it’s impossible to sleep. Luckily the staff accommodated us and moved us to a new room, however when we pulled the sheets back there was wads of hair in the bed and pubic hair in the shower from previous guests. Hopefully this was just a one off situation.

Check-in was fine, staff was friendly and helpful. Room had slum lord vibes. Everything painted over, such as door hardware. Bath layout extremely poor design. A/C smelled awful once the cool was turned off. Clearly hasn’t been cleaned or serviced since perhaps install. Smelled like dead rats, burnt hair and despair. I didn’t want to touch anything in the room. Found several centipede looking bugs crawling around, which I’m pretty sure bit me as I woke up with two bug bites on my legs. Pool is a nice perk being open late and great view of nightly Disney fireworks. Restaurant was pretty good. Food was tasty and the wait staff, a lone gentleman, was awesome.
