Great location, 10 minute walk to Disney.

Posted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Hotel cleanliness, comfortable beds , the room amenities, gift shop well stocked with necessities.
Cons: Honestly I can't think of a thing.
Location: The location is great for Disney, and child friendly restaurants.
We were a family of six travelling together and were given two rooms side by side. The rooms were very comfortable and so clean. I found the hotel staff friendly and so nice, which made us feel very welcome. I can tell you its been a number of years, since I have been able to say that about a hotel. Your water playground was a big hit with my grandchildren, the only problem we had was getting them out of there.

The rooms were very spacious compared to other hotels we've been to. It's location is also very convenient. There are lots of places close by where you can eat and Disneyland is about an 8 minute walk from the hotel. Overall I am very happy with my stay here and whenever my family and I decide to go to Disneyland again, we will be staying an Howard Johnson. I definitely recommend staying here, especially with kids. They will have a great time and also enjoy the very nice Waterpark they have.

The front staff was LESS then helpful on many levels!!! There is no sleeping in when renting on the secon floor. The skylights desperately need drapes. The lifeguard has her nose in a book the entire time and never noticed that my son who couldn't swim slipped into the middle of the jacuzzi. Aside from the light issue in the room it was very comfortable and cozy. The water play was a huge hit with the kids!

Great for Family

Across the street from Disneyland, and also has a mini-water park...but you know all that from the description. So nothing more to say, but come stay.

Great place for kids. Close to disney

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Kids will love the indoor arcade room and the on site water park. Housekeeping could be improved but was good enough to where I would stay here again. Some hotel staff were very friendly and some were unfriendly. I could tell the staff try hard to satisfy their guests. I would stay again. Wish they offered free breakfast. Great views of disney land fireworks. Nice and quiet room. Double beds were a little small and I would've preferred two queen beds. Room needs minor updates mainly in the bathroom and room furniture.

Very over priced but close to Disneyland

Posted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Put so blinds on your upper windows and replace the house keeping staff.
Location: Close to Disneyland, California Adventure, and Downtown Disney.
The only good thing about this hotel was that it was close to Disneyland. When we arrived my wife noticed a long hair hanging from the hair dryer. There was also a hair in the sink. We were in an upstairs room that had no blinds on the upper windows. So when the sun came up so were we. I know that it was partially our fault but my wife had some money taken out of the inside pocket of her purse while we were in the park.

Nice hotel, be careful of kiddie pool

Posted Feb 19, 2015
Pros: Water slide area
Cons: Need to keep the wading pool more clean.
Location: Disneyland, several restaurants and fast food places in walking distance
This is a very nice, comfortable, clean hotel. Walking distance from Disney, and a safe area at night in general, so safe to walk back with kids. Lots of restaurants around in walking distance, some right next door. The pool area and water slide is a lot of fun for kids, they will like the water slide/pool area as much as Disneyland. I would just be careful with the little ones in the wading pool. Too much spit up, peeing, and probably pooing in there, and they don't clean it often enough, and my little girl (3 years old) swallowed too much of that water and she was sick vomiting for three days. So just be careful with, I would just not even go in it. But other than that, great place, good times.

Great location!

Very good location with being close to both parks, Downtown Disney, restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that the pool was a bit on the cool side. We loved it here! It is also baby and family-friendly.
