“Need to improve more”

In general, the hotel is rather good to me. However, I am really disappointed about hotel heater. It makes too noise and so we could not sleep well. Breakfast is not really good either.

“AVOID this hotel”

Bathroom tile floors were loose, leak in the bathtub, entrance door was missing the deadbolt, carpets were so dirty I didnt take off my shoes, ants near the bathroom sink and ceiling. I would never go back here again.please stay away from here. Oh yeah, continental breakfast was gross. They didn't even have cream cheese for the small bagels. They do not wash the blankets bc ours had little drops of blood stains. The roll up bed had pee stains. Gross, very disgusting! I will have nightmares for a month. I was so glad we went home.

“Too run down”

A/c unit smoked when turned on.Had to open all doors and windows to let the smoke out. Bathroom is run down.Peeling paint, broken towel bar, and generally run down.Pillows were wafer thin. only two towels for a room that sleeps 6 people. Didn't expect much for the price. still would have liked to still be able to sleep on a pillow, not a pancake. Would'not recommend.

“Won't return again”

The motel was very run down (surprised with Howard Johnson name attached to it). There was no coffee pot in the room as advertised (although they finally found one for us). The carpet & the comforter on the bed was very dirty (blood stains & spots on the comforter - didn't want it on us). The lighting in the room was terrible - no lamps at all on the night stands next to the bed. I think the staff tried, but the whole motel needs to be redone.

“OK for the cheap rate”

I knew what to expect, so no bad surprise here... It's a 2-star hotel that's value-priced, period.

“I didnt expect that Good!!!”

When I arrived to the hotel it doesnt Look nice, but when I got in to my room they have refrigerator, microwave, security box, things that in 5 stars hotels you dont find. I spent a great time, it ws my second time; and if i return to Los Angeles I will arrive again. (Sorry about my english, but I speak spanish).

“loud toilet, hot tub wasn't hot unless you asked for it. not a great experience”

The beds were held up by 4 phone books The toilet randomly got loud at around 2am every night. I mean very loud. There was a bullet hole in the window where we ate our "continental breakfast" Pool was ice cold and intolerable for most Front desk night person had no idea how to answer our questions Anytime we went out to hot tub, it was cool or luke warm. We always had to ask the front desk to turn it on 30 min in advance and it didn't even work 3 of the 5 days we were there. It was cheap though!
