Close and convenient to Disneyland

Posted Apr 12, 2015
The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I locked my car without the keyless entry and they pushed my car to a safe spot to leave it till I had keys sent to me. The rooms are clean and comfortable , the food good. Not many extras, no robes or body wash but everything you need. Thanks !

Not a 4 ****

Posted Apr 11, 2015
Pros: Proximity to Disneyland.
Cons: The quality of the room.
Location: Disneyland
I am surprised this hotel is rated among other 4 star hotels in Annaheim, CA. The room is not comfortable. The lighting is very poor. There is no exhaust in the bathroom so the entire hotel room steam up anytime someone showers. The room then becomes very muggy. The toilet does not work well, it needs to be flushed many times before it works. The room and the bathroom are more of an economy standard. the HYATT Regency badge is misleading.

Smallish room

Posted Apr 10, 2015
There is an unexpected $24 daily parking fee. I guess that is the resort fee. Pool looked nice but it was too cold while we were there. Room was clean, but small. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Nice hotel but not worth the price

Posted Apr 8, 2015
The hotel looks nice but for the price we paid, it's not worth it. There is a fee for everything in the room, no complimentary water bottles, no free Wifi. The bathroom looks old and the hot & cold shower was so weird, sometimes it was hot and then turned cold and continued like that even when we switched it to cold option. You also have to pay for the movies on TV which are pretty pricey. We probably won't stay here again for our next trip.

Snooty staff, expensive parking

Posted Apr 7, 2015
I admit I was a little disheveled when I walked into the hotel, I was exhausted and sweaty after walking around Disneyland all day. The staff person seemed to want to rush me out of the lobby so no one would see me in their precious hotel. When walking to our room a staff person stopped us on the way to the lobby and asked if they could help us find something. When I said I was just going to our room the staff person said, "oh, you're staying here?" And I simply replied "yep" and walked off. They charge more for parking overnight then Disneyland does for an entire day, and Disneylands parking is more secure. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking and the shower was dripping. The TV was so grainy you could hardly see anything. We were in Anaheim for 3 nights, but after the first night we quickly switched to a different hotel and had a much better experience.

Generous room size

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Attractive hotel. Good coffee in room. Lacked designated parking area for checking in and luggage dropoff.
Cons: Sound insulation - hallway and adjoining room noise. Bathroom lacked drinking glasses and shower cap. Need additional staff at reception.
Comfortable suite, responsive staff. Food overpriced, but other options within walking distance. Convenient shuttle to Disneyland.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Ballrooms for our competition and convention were on site. Friendly and responsive staff.
Cons: The rates for added things to rooms such as microwaves and refrigerators.
We were there for a dance convention. A little overcrowded lobby area when all 1200 dancers and there parents were there. But, hotel and staff did such a great job with all of us.
