“A Great Place To Stay”

“helpful front desk”

public computer was not working so the desk agent printed my boarding passes. Used laundry facilities and maintenance was on hand to fix a minor problem so this hotel is on the ball. Thanks

“under rated hotel”

from what i read about some of the reveiws about the hotel, i got a little nervos but we thought it was a great place really nice pool, hot tub area walking distance to good food and of corse nott's berry farm is a two minute walk. we had a great time and we thought the employee's were very nice and heipful.

“would go back again”

hotel was great, would not go back to knotts berry farm !! they just dont seem to care as much about there interactions with people the way Disney does even after the first bad encounter, maybe they had a bad day, but after the 3rd one, and one of their employees making my 6 year old daughter cry!!!!!!!!!!! I am glad we didnt purchase the anual passesn it is to late for apologies... my little girl will never forget that experience, as well with most of us, when something bad happens when we are younger.....................

“knotts berry farm visit”

I live in L.A. and go to knots bery farm a couple times a year. This trip we jsut decided to stay at their hotel. Everyone was nice and the place was clean and right accross the street from the park. My only complaint would be having more free kid friendly TV chanels. We were watching spongebob, and when it was over at 9 pm "that 70's show" came on and theen "friends" and they are both inappropriate for young children.When the cartoon chanel starting showing "adult swim" i had to trun off the television. just completely wrong for 8 and 10 year old children and im not actuall blaming the hotel for that, i am sending separate emails to those networks but if you wanted wto watch more kid programs, you have to rent on demand which was just too expensive. I also didnt like the 14 dollar parking fee but when i told them i just spent 14$ to park at knotts berry farm, they waved the fee but for some that dont know that it could end up costing you 28 dollors for parking at both the hotel and amusement park

“The best location in the area.”

We have stayed at the Knotts Berry Farm Hotel for several years and it's great. The rooms are very nice. The staff are nice and helpful. The price of the hotel is reasonable. The only thing i wish they would do is have working fans in the bathrooms.

“Disappointed”

As a former resident of southern California that spent 5 years convincing my wife that Knott’s Berry Farm is better than Disneyland, I feel like a fool. We spent a lot of money to travel to California and stay at this hotel with the expectation that it would be an incredible experience. As the only vacation of the year, I feel like my money would have been better spent at a local hotel where the breakfast and parking are INCLUDED and the staff is appreciative of the fact we chose to spend our vacation money with them, especially in this economy. I am so disgusted with the entirety of the staff at the hotel with the exception of Eric the bartender. He was the only one in the building with any sense of what customer service looks like, much less at a resort! I will never stay there again! I find it alarming that they can get away with calling it a resort. Just because it is on Knott’s Berry Farm property and has a restaurant does not make it a resort. Thank you for doing your best to ruin our vacation with your blatant unwillingness to address our concerns during the stay. Reasons for distain: Hair on pillows, towels, bed, wall (Daily) Furniture not wiped down, built up smudges Dirty glasses left each day Loud music for 6 hours straight, couldn't relax or hear tv. I have more, trust me.

“Pretty good”

Great room!! It was clean. The noise can get a bit loud between loud guests and the rides being outside your window. Avoid the restaurant. The food and service are bad but there are enough good places to eat near by. Overall I recomend this hotel.

“Good place to stay if you are going to the Knotts Park”

The hotel is good overall. Swimming pool was a little dirty. Walking distance to the theme park. At breakfast at the Wave, food was good a good selections.
