Nice hotel close to our daughter

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Cons: Better breakfast choices
Our daughter and family live in Aliso Viejo. The hotel is only about 12 minutes from their house. We have been staying here wherever we come to visit for the past 5 years. It is easy and convenient for us and we don't have to use the freeway. The hotel is always very clean and the rooms are the perfect size for us.

Charming! An All-Ladies' gym across the street!!!

Posted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, picturesque gardens, convenient location, nice t.v. .
Cons: The interaction between reception staff and guests. Show a more cordial demeanor .A guide to operate the t.v., blank pieces of paper & pencil for note
Location: A few steps away is a classy Total Wine store, with international and domestic wines and spirits. Right across the street is a Total Woman gym, the C
Conveniently located very near amazing wonders of nature and poetic places, close to major art and entertainment venues that attract visitors from all over the world. The enchanting gardens of the Laguna Hills Lodge wrap around the buildings, making the view from all the rooms pleasant and relaxing. Their complimentary continental breakfast is average; rooms have smallish bathrooms but are clean and comfortable; the staff at reception could crack a smile every now and then. Across the street is the Total Woman gym (modern & fabulously equiped!) Not far from Disneyland, the Queen Mary, Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific, Knox Berry Farms, Medieval Times, the Great Park, etc. Walking distance from the Elephant Bar Restaurant and Rubio's Fish Tacos, the Laguna Hills Mall as well.

Beautiful grounds

Very warm place to stay. Beautiful grounds, friendly and accommodating staff. The location is very convenient with many restaurant options and a Starbucks across the street. Only suggestion would be to add a waffle machine in the breakfast room for another option. Wonderful stay.

The grounds with all the flowers were so beautiful and well kept. We even had a balcony this time and it was so nice to sit out there and enjoy the weather

Great Location

Reasonably priced hotel, good quality, and GREAT location. It's near the mall and about 20 minutes from the beach! Only negative was that the beds weren't as comfy as I would have liked.

Great little place.

Posted Aug 22, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, nice pool area, close to restaurants
Cons: Breakfast selection
Location: I was in town for business, so I arrived that evening and left first thing in the morning.
I booked this hotel last minute and was quite surprised. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They've already arranged for some discounts at restaurants nearby which was appreciated. The room was clean and they have great parking right in front of the rooms so it wasn't a pain to take bags to and from the car. The breakfast was okay. I've had better but I've definitely had worse. I would have loved to have seen an omelet bar or waffle makers or something like that, but beggars can't be choosers.
