OK for what it isPosted Oct 21, 2014
Had a Jacuzzi room and even though it was a smaller jacuzzi, it was still nice. The furniture in the room was nice. The shower was not so good, lots of wear, shower for short people, and not much pressure. Sign said no pets, but someone is purposely leaving food out for the 6 or so cats I saw running around. The fountain and pool looked nice, didn't use. Did not make it to the free breakfast. It was good for what it was, but would not likely go there again.

Cons: gut all rooms and redo plumbing. trying to brush our teeth and water don't drain
very dirty, we had a parking lot view. which was over flowing with broken old furniture. Hair on towels very dirty. bathroom old and dirty. This was suppose to be non smoking hotel and you walk out side every tenant where smoking. I have long cancer and I never smoke and I enhauled get every time i went out side.

Part of the reason we chose this hotel was because of the beautiful pool And cute accommodating rooms. Upon arrival the pool was so green that you could not even see through the water at all, Same with the hot tub and koi pond. I was assured by the staff that the pool was safe to swim in, And then two days later they put up a note stating that it was closed. I spoke to two different maintenance man and Was told it had absolutely zero chemicals in it and I observed the filter being replaced that I was also told had been in there for minimum 1 to 2 years without ever being replaced or clean, And it was so dirty that it looked like wet cement. The room we stayed in was obviously made for one bed but for some reason they shoved two queen beds in there you couldn't move around, And the furniture and beds were so crammed in there that it was very uncomfortable. The bathroom fan made a very loud hideous noise upon turning on the light that would wake everyone up, And the outside area was not very clean either. On a good note I hear somebody else has bought the hotel and I did notice new furniture being brought in on some of the room is being painted so hopefully they're fixing all of the problems but I believe some of the staff needs to be replaced as well the front desk people I don't with were rude and also could've put my family and I in harms way by telling us it was okay to swim in the pool but my instinct told me better

Stayed here before. Nice alternative to the over priced cookie cutter hotels around Disney. Staff is always pleasant. I just wish the Expedia deal was actually a deal and not the same as the advertised price on the hotel website.

Good for short stay only!Posted Oct 16, 2014
Cons: Rooms, walls, clean furniture, new towels and fees.
Location: The location was excellent I do say. Smack middle of everything and only 8 mins away from Disneyland.
I forgive the fact the hotel was under construction but what I don't forgive is the rooms are old and do not seem to be renovated. The shower ceilings and walls are cracking from water damage. The sofa seat were dirty and stained from who knows what. They did have everything you need to be accommodate in the hotel. What is disappointing is the towels, they are as dried as sand paper and not soft at all or white they appear to look dingy. Please plan on bringing your own towels. What made me upset was that I had to pay an extra $23 to check in 2 hours earlier. Traveling from really far and with an infant I had hoped that the hotel will accommodate us to check in a couple hours later without having to pay a fee like all hotels I've checked in earlier. They wouldn't budge about that at all. Overall it's a nice hotel/motel. There is some promising there in the future if they continue to renovate it and remodel the rooms. I don't think I would pay the same for this place unless they fix those issues.

Simple and solidly average place to stayPosted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: converted apartments for the rooms and small kitchen for simple meals
Cons: parking was a little tight so last in could be outta luck.
Location: disneyland and knotts berry farm were both nearby
It was an average solid hotel nothing good or bad stood out and for the simple low rates and an overnight stay its was better than some others place we have stayed. Easy access to the freeways and is easy to find. I have no problem staying there again

AwfulPosted Oct 13, 2014
The room looks miserable. The facility looks old as in the doors in the room is difficult to close. There's a koi pond outside but the water seems dirty and poorly maintained and its a good breeding ground for mosquitoes. There were no towels available and we had to call using my Celphone because the room phone was dead.

It's okay...just okayPosted Oct 6, 2014
It was ok. Not enough parking. A long ways from Disneyland even though it comes up as a Disneyland area hotel. Price was ok. Room was big.

Good deal but definitely in a retooling phasePosted Oct 5, 2014
Location: Near Disney
Generally good experience, place was being remodeled and our room we were probably the first in. Had a few minor construction things left over, but the Jacuzzi tub was nice, good bed, cleaned well except for left over construction stuff. TV was not working right until got someone from the front desk to fix it.
