Our stay was a last minute decision and TBH we were not expecting much. That being the case, Little Boy Blue far exceeded our expectations. Upon approach from outside it looked to be about what we would expect for less than $100/night going into a weekend. It did not look great, it did not seem to fit in with with the surroundings...but once inside our room we were pleasently surprised. It was quite clean (far more than we expected) and fairly comforatble. We had a larger room (which would be fine for up to two adults and two small kids, but I wouldn't want any more in a room than that). Since this was just me and my wife, it worked out perfectly. It was a little noisy with our room being right off the street, and we had the stereotypical neon light filling our room, but we were comforatable nonetheless.My wife and I would defintily stay here again to save some moeny, but I probably wouldn't bring the kids...not becuase it was bad, just kind of small for a family.

The facilities are a little bit dated and basic, but the owners are amazing and so kind. About a 20 minute walk from the front gates of Disneyland!! Would stay again.

Stayed here to go to Disneyland. Best way to explain this place, is you get what you pay for. Cheap, so don’t expect a luxurious space. It gets the job done. They do a very good job keeping the rooms clean. No noisy neighbors. It’s a 10 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland. A lot of places to eat around the area.

Great location for Disneyland. Good price. No complaints about the bed or the shower, they were great to come home to. The fridge was loud at night, though, kept my fiancé awake.

It’s in a good location near the Disney free shuttles and has shops & restaurants all around the area. It’s an older motel Norge fancy but the rooms are large, beds are comfortable and the shower has great pressure. Had a fridge and microwave. Was enjoying

Run down but great service.
Hotel is very very old. Floor uneven and dirty, bathroom severely outdated and moldy, furniture old and battered, beds broken-in and lumpy. But the front desk service is very nice and the walk to the park is short! Perfect for those who don't mind lack of comfort and cleanliness in exchange for proximity to the front gates of Disneyland.

The people were very nice, and if you need a place to stay and you aren’t alone, I guess this place would work. We will not stay here again, however. I was okay with the beat up formate and uncomfortable bed, but when I saw roaches, that did it. The people are nice, but you get what you pay for.

When i found Little Blue Boy Motel, of course its not the Ritz Carlton but the service i received was extremely good. Front desk has two options to do the transaction. Front desk or after hours window. Parking is close to my room. The surrounding areas speak for themselves. Room was clean, dust free, quite. I stay for a couple of weeks till i moved back home. I will miss this place. Smiling faces and polite staff. Thanks Little Blue Boy for the 5 star experience. You really helped me out.

Get what you pay for, but not really
As you would expect from the price and other reviews, condition is poor at this place. Don't expect much. The distance from Disney is cool but a lot of other budget properties close by are much more sanitary and offer much more in amenities. One thing they could do is take better care of keeping the homeless people coming in and checking their dumpsters for items and food. This happened multiple times a day and evening. The owners we're in their locked front office sitting, saw someone being loud and dumpster diving and just closed the window and ignored it. Meanwhile someone tried to park in the back because the parking situation is so poor and they were out there in seconds finding out why they were back there. All in all what I expected but thought I'd give it a try. Not worth saving a few bucks to lack any real amenities and lack of keeping the place clean and safe feeling. Big nope for me.

Room was very clean and staff fast and friendly. Check in was quick and painless—just like checkout. Bed needs to be softer and an extra blanket or two wouldn’t hurt. The towels are average and the water pressure was great. lll in all. Not bad. I would stay here again. I was only in the room really to sleep and shower

This is definitely a budget motel, and I don't mind booking those at all for a day at Disneyland in order to save money. The main reason that I booked this hotel (and used it one other time) was that they offer EV Charging, because the motel itself is loud, the beds aren't very comfortable and the rooms are pretty run down. Unfortunately, this time, we were unable to use the EV Charging because it was blocked off and it looked as though one of the motel staff members was using it all night both nights (came to this conclusion because the personalized license plate matched 3 other vehicles in the lot and it is located right next to a room where someone lives). We asked someone at the front desk the second day and they acted as though they didn't know what we wanted, and that we would just have to wait until the vehicle was unplugged. We managed to get plugged in about an hour before we were leaving, but the rate of charging meant that to get us charged it would take 5 hours. We had to check out in 30 minutes, so we weren't able to make use of it. I don't think I'll be booking with this motel again due to this, as I will ultimately save more money booking a slightly nicer hotel with guaranteed EV Charging. It's really unfortunate.

It was fine… the room was not the cleanest. The floor was dirty, there was a crack in a picture frame glass. Just a general not super clean feeling. But, there were no bugs, the sheet seemed clean and the room was really only meant to be somewhere to sleep anyway. It was the least expensive in the area. It also felt like the AC went out 2 nights before we checked out, but we got in so late both nights, it wasn’t worth trying to speak to the office about moving rooms. Ice machine costs 25 cents per small bucket. So bring quarters if you need it. Room had microwave and minifridge But they don’t charge extra fees or parking fees and the eating options around were good.

The property on the outside was clean, however, my room was not. The walls and ceiling were dirty, there was a hairball in one of the beds when we pulled back the blankets and the top of the air conditioning unit was very dusty with hair and dirt.

A great find!
The lady at check in is AMAZING! She’s super friendly it is an older hotel but super clean,, beds a great, rooms smell great, and there is so much room in your room, not cramped at all! Your just a walk away from Disneyland, and the parking lot is just around the block, so really it’s up to you if you’re walking or driving to the park. But I highly recommend this hotel!
