“Just fine for folks on a budget”

For those who want to be careful with your company's travel dollars, this is a bargain. No gym, no pool, no restaurant on site.....but who needs them? The hotel obviously did all it could to make people comfortable. Things were in good repair and/or new. The free wireless was a nice benefit.

“Can't wait to go back!”

The hotel was really nice and clean and the front desk help were really friendly and nice. We went for the oat parade and it's the perfect location for it.

“excellent location & service”

It is a small inn, only 18 rooms. The staff teated me well. Took care of my needs, cleaned my room on my schedule. The location is 1 block from beach, with a lot of eating locations close by. It is located on a very busy street. I felt safe in this location of Newport Beach. I would go back for a return stay.

“The name says it all.”

The hotel was definitely "little," but the rooms were a decent size. The amenities the offered were very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast selection and the coffee was good. The walk isn't too far from the beach or to good places to eat. I would stay here again if my travels bring me back to the west coast.

“Great little motel near the Newport pier”

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had recently been renovated. My wife and I are in our mid thirties and spent one night here as a short get away. We chose it for its location near the restaurants and bars. It is a short five minute walk to the Newport pier. The only thing negative I'll say here is that the motel attracts college kids and noise is an issue. We had a group of kids next door to us who came back around 2AM and continued the party until who knows when. We slept through it, but it should be understood that this is a comfortable and convenient place to crash, and if you are looking for a romantic retreat or a place to bring kids you may want to look elsewhere.

“Great little getaway”

This hotel is located in a great spot jsut a couple blocks from Newport Beach near the pier. It is within walking distance to bars and restaurants. It is a small hotel with only 18 rooms, but the room my girlfriend and I stayed in was fantastic. It seemed as though new carpet had just been installed. It was very clean. The onyl possible downside for some people may be that the rooms are quite small and the hotel sits in between the two major roads so you can hear the traffic, but if you are looking for a great 3-4 day getaway, this is the spot.

“Best deal for the location....”

We stayed for one night on a weekday & was pleased with it's location. The price for the room can't be beat for what you get. The selection of restaurants & included breakfast was convenient. Noisy outside if you leave the window open. Would stay again if the rate is the same!

“Perfect place for the single girl...Safe!”

On the web site it says we get a breakfast...that was the only downfall...no breakfast... but you get fre bikes, and 2 minutes from the beach. Loved it and Newport Beach, clean, safe, great restaurants, and this hotel is in the perfect area for everything.....had the best time. Loved my room, when I was in it....1 short block from the beach...can't beat the price! Must!!!

“Newport's best location.”

Great location. A little noisy. Close to lots of restaurants and the beach.
