The room was very clean, and the staff was very nice. A small mixup occurred with my reservation, but was quickly (and pleasantly) dealt with by the front desk. Location is very good for going to the beach, restaurants in Costa Mesa, and the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are basic but very clean. Mine had a microwave and small fridge, which I was not expecting. I was near the back so it was quiet. They were respectful and friendly in the office and helpful when I asked for 2 more days. Parking is tight but I was able to get a space even when returning late at night, and I found parking to be a challenge everywhere in Orange County, even when people are trying to park on their own street. Overall a very positive experience for me.

Pros: It was new
Cons: The staff needs to be trained in proper customer service. Notify guests of features presented that are 'not available' or not working.
Location: Virtually nothing in walking distance other than mechanics shops and offices.
Overall the room was clean, and the hotel was newly built or remodeled. It surprisingly did not have carpet as it was dog friendly, which made it feel cold. There was no supplies offered other than soap and towels. No shampoo etc... The Man at the counter had no personality and was very 'matter of fact' in how we were approached. The room had inputs for attaching personal electronics to the television bit the feature was not working. When I asked the man at the counter he was very short and said that they deactivated the feature because people were 'messing up' the televisions (which is extremely hard to do with this type of set up). He was almost to the point of being rude during any interaaction. Also there was no parking for RV's or vehicles with trailers.

The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early and have extra towels. There is a refrigerator, microwave in the room and a community washer/dryer room which came in handy before traveling to Las Vegas. There's really nothing negative about the hotel, the only downsides were that there was no hairdryer in the room (you have to call the staff to see if one is available) and the sheet & blanket on the bed is very thin, so it becomes a battle between keeping the room cool at night and yourself warm. All being said, it was clean and the hotel is close to Starbucks/Subway, the triangle (restaurants and bars) and the 55 (route to all surrounding places). We would stay there again.

Pros: It was only 10 min from our conference and the price was reasonable.
Cons: Not sure.
Location: The hotel is only 12 miles from Disneyland, so we may be back next month.
We were only there long enough to sleep, our room was clean but kind of small. Also was in the back of the hotel which made me a little nervous. But over all a pleasant stay. All staff were great.
