Nice Gated Community Near Beach

Posted Nov 3, 2014
Nice place, stayed at long term housing managed by Executive Housing company. Well maintained, nice grounds, 3 minutes to beach or downtown Seal Beach or Belmont Shore. Plenty of SoCal ambience nearby.

Great Seal Beach, CA Location

Posted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: Everything
Cons: The unit only had one window air conditioner and the weather was warmer then usual but it cooled off at night with windows open.
Location: Location was great. Near the beach, shopping, parks & restaurants.
The unit was fantastic - welcoming, clean, attractive, spacacious, convenient to family we were visiting. The closet space was incredible. I wish I had as much space at home. There was a phone and television in the living rooom and both bedrooms. The grounds are well kept. There is a lovely pool and hot tub area and tennis courts. It is very close to downtown Seal Beach and just off the Pacific Coast Highway which offers groceries, shops and restaurants. We were an unexpected, very late arrival (due to our flight being cancelled and then the rescheduled flight was much later in the day) and although my husband called to let them know our change in arrival time and get information on how to check in; they called me as well as I made the reservations to let me know how to gain access to the complex, pick up our room key and find our room. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Seal Beach. We showed the unit to my bother and sister-in-law and they plan on staying there when they visit again with more of their family.

Very nice place to stay with many amenities. Staff is very friendly and guests are a mixture of families, permanent occupants, and temporary business people. Will stay here again.

Nice accomodations

Location: Great location, very easy to walk to the beach or main street and restaurants.Felt very safe
This was a perfect accommodation for the 3 night stay we required. Very clean and comfortable, we were in town for a family emergency so it was nice that we could stay in a place with a living room and two bedrooms, so that we could visit. Only went to the continental breakfast but it was very nice.

We went in October during leaf-peeping and it was a great time to visit the mountain. The hotel is right on the grounds to the mt. so we got to take the lift to the top and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Also, the John Havard's brew house was a great addition to the hotel.
