Too small not worth the money

Posted Jul 5, 2014
There was construction going on and it wasn't a great location at all. The hotel was old and outdated, and the people were loud and rude. The staff was great and food was average. For the price, it definitely wasn't worth it, and we'll pick a different location for our next visit.

Close to Disneyland

Posted Jun 22, 2014
The room was tiny and the door didn't seal properly... Door was too small for the frame.. So It was very loud with traffic and outside noise all night!

Short walk to the park, close to McDonalds and other cheap places to eat. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Older Hotel

Short walk (8-10 min) walk to Disneyland. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked, I went in 15 minutes before the end and was surprised to find plenty of food left. The hotel is old. Even though we booked a non smoking room you could tell it had previously been a smoking room. It also had a very dank musty smell. The tub was cracked and old. The towels were very scratchy and we only were given two. Overall, it was an okay place to stay while spending the days at Disney. Oh, I am 5'3 and the shower head was about level with my head.

Walk to Disney and free breakfast

Posted Apr 28, 2014
This hotel was great for the money and close to Disney. There was a lot of noise but not enough to keep me or 3 kids up. Breakfast was good. They had waffles, cereal, oranges, hard boiled eggs, muffins, yogurt and lots of assorted pastries. Okay and milk to drink so that was nice to feed the family. And we had parking all day while we were at Disney. The only thing I would complain about was the floors were filthy. The carpet made our feet black. Had to wear shoes around room. Yuck

A very pleasant staff and very close to Disney. The hotel is a little dated but the furnishings in the rooms were very decent. The only thing I thing I would complain about was that the beds were a little firm. Would I stay there again, sure. Would I recommend the place, yes.

Walking distance to Disneyland

Posted Apr 21, 2014
This hotel is perfect for Disneyland guests. Saved on the parks' expensive parking by walking from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was great and surprising enough food for everyone. Stay here if you don't mind not to fancy of a hotel at a great price.

Beware: construction & learn Spanish

Posted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: They let us into our room early, so our luggage would be safe
Cons: Customer Service needs improving!! They obviously don't care once they have your $$. They need an elevator.
Location: Disneyland main entrance is around the corner. A view of the freeway. Swimming pool-not heated, no hot tub.
First, let me say we have stayed here several times. We stay here as they offer "breakfast" & a relatively short walk to Disneyland.(Although I don't know where they get the 7-10 minute stuff from!) My family stayed 3 nights,m,t,w. What we didn't know, they R remodeling some of the rooms & happened to be RIGHT Below OUR ROOM! No signs of construction when we showed up, happened overnight. If we had known prior, maybe we could have asked to move to a different room. But early in the morning, we awoke to the sounds of saws & hammers! Nice to have an alarm but maybe we wanted to sleep in? NOPE! You HAD to get up every morning before 8, which may be hard to do if you come in at say, 2am or so. They also need to call the breakfast, "Continental" on listing, only hot part is waffles, if you can stand the line long enough to get one. They do have a sign asking people to only make one at a time, but its in English & great number of people staying here speak Spanish, so maybe they didn't know or care. But a 20-30 minute wait to make a waffle, no thanks! When I complained about all the construction Noise RIGHT BELOW US, all I got was "Ya, well sorry". Not even sincere. Not a good idea to pay in advance, some places may give you some kind of credit for being uncomfortable, but not here. Wish Expedia had an option to "Hold" a room & not PAY, so you could have some power for situation like this. We are NOT staying here Again! Going to Hampton Inn, not much more $, Much better service!!!
