“A pleasant experience.”

The hotel was perfect for what I wanted. I was there to have surgery to my foot so the refrigerator and microwave were very useful. Access to the internet, and breakfast on site were also very convenient. I also enjoyed being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy some sun. The front desk clerks ware very professional when I requested taxi service, he arrived on time and I was able to use him for the rest of the trip.

“I'll be back!!”

This hotel is located near the freeway, but is very quiet. There is a very nice restaurant within the building and a fast food restaurant next door as well as a nice "included" breakfast. If you are looking for shopping convenience, there are several neighborhood malls as well as the Laguna Hills Mall within a couple of miles. The Santa Ana airport is just minutes away and an easy commute. I intend to stay here again, the next time I visit my daughter and her family.

Accomidations were excellent. Staff was very polite. Enjoyed my stay very much. Breakfast was fine.

Very clean and comfortable, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The qualifty of the hot breakfast was very good. It was a very wonderful experience and will stay there again and recommend it highly.

We needed a hotel in Lake Forest and The Quality Inn was in a convenient location not too far off the 5 Fwy. We couldn't even hear the traffic with the window closed:-)

“Exactly what we were looking for!”

This hotel had everything we needed for our trip. It was close to the concert we were attending and at a good price. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a fridge and microwave in the room that was not listed in the description. Breakfast was yummy and we were even offered free drinks when we checked in. The staff was awesome! I would stay there again without thinking twice.

this hotel was great. Staff was great on check in and helpful when we needed directions, as well as with breakfast in the morning. The room was large and comfy, with good pillows!

GREAT room, VERY SPACIOUS! And Clean! A definite value for the price because it includes a full breakfast. My boyfriend and I stayed one night to attend a concert at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, and I'm glad I chose this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and professional. I'll stay here again for sure.
