“Very satisfied with the Hotel”

I was very pleased with my stay at the Quality Suites Hotel. The room was clean, spacious. It seem to be in a nice location to the John Wayne/Orange County Airport. The only thing I would like to see is an earlier shuttle. My flight was at 6:45am and the earliest shuttle would come by at 6:00am> Even though it was only about a ten minute ride I felt uncomfortable cutting it that close. It cost about $12. for a Taxi.

“Good basic room for a reasonable price”

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room rate includes a made-to-order breakfast (eggs, hash browns, sausage, juice, coffee) which is much better than the typical contintental breakfast you get in most places. The location is good and is close to freeway access ramps. I would definitely stay here again.

“Clean, quiet place to stay if you're upstairs...”

Reasonably decent value, comfortable enough rooms. A bit of foot traffic if you're on the ground floor but upstairs rooms were fine.

“Great hotel for the price”

I stayed at this hotel couple of days ago for a night and I was overly satisfied what I paid for. The room was clean and decently furnished, the bed was comfortable, the hotel with peaceful and quiet. I didn't get a chance to have the breakfast since it lasts until 9 am, but in general it was a quiet good experience.

“Great Hotel”

I must say i travel a lot and for the price of this hotel it was totally worth it the room was clean the pool was clean and the continental breakfast was great it was also very close to the beach

“Breakfast made the stay”

The made to order breakfast at this place was awesome. The hotel is good but the breakfast was fantastic. The location was convenient to where I needed to be. They were able to change my room preference at the last minute. Will definitely stay here again.

“quality inn”

Very soft and cozy beds. The bedroom had two doble beds and a sofa-bed in a living room. Perfect for a family of 4. You have two rooms and it is a big plus when travelling with kids. The breakfeast is ok. You can have your eggs or omelet cooked to order. Perfect for a limited budget travellers.

“Not Impressed”

We booked this hotel because we have three children and wanted a bed for each. The lobby and pool areas are nice. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was excellent. They had all the continental breakfast items and also all the hot items you could want. One caution about breakfast is that one morning we got there at 8:20 (it ends at 9:00) and the fruit and pastries were empty. There were also no trays. When I finally saw someone at 8:30 and asked about restocking he told me no and looked at me like I was crazy. The location was good. Easy access to main freeways. Now for the bad. Our room smelled like an ashtray that was a month old. When you walked in, it about knocked you out. We kept our balcony door open to try to air out. Everything in the room was very old. The furniture, the beds, the carpet, the tv and the bathroom. The mattresses were terrible. Even our 8 year twins hurt after sleeping on them. On the fold out couch the springs were the most predominant part of the mattress. I would not go back to this hotel, unless they remodel.

“Pretty Satisfied”

The good stuff: Quick check-in and out, nice size, good breakfast, good location, close to South Coast Plaza, Irvine's District, Freeway access, couple of late eating places within walking distance, one sit down, couple of drive-thru's, very prompt when requested extra towels, The mildly annoying stuff: open RR door - stumble over toilet, turn on light wait abt a minute before you get "real" light, pocket door between sitting area and beds, weighs a ton and not easy to pull, do not have flat screen TV's - 2 real old TV's, not a lot to watch, plenty of sport channels!

Area recommendations

Don't miss shopping at South Coast - it's the BEST! The Irvine's District was a new experience to me and enjoyed it a lot! Lot's and Lot's of shops and restaurants.
