Nice to be able to walk to park. Construction to hotel going on that we were told will be done in August.

Most of the property was in construction.

The room was very small and we were behind a trailer that was supposed to be the gift shop. There was also no blankets for the bed.

立地条件は文句なし

Posted Feb 28, 2015
Pros: 立地条件
Cons:

Clean hotel directly across Disneyland.

No parking available due to construction going on. Parking stalls are small making it very difficult to park and get out and unload car

Under repair and construction

Posted Feb 26, 2015
Pros: Handy for Disney access, close to eating places , place is run down, but most staff worked hard to make it clean n comfortable, well run breakfast.
Cons: Make better arrangements during construction or at least advise ahead so one could decide accordingly.
Location: Good location , not only handy for Disney but good access to main routes to where evrer
Under repair and expansion so may deserve some slack but temp. office space way over crowded and under staffed. While they charge you for parking, it is very restricted and unsupervised . We were parked on the end (intentionally) and crowded the extreme side. Next to that was a poorly marked "Handicapped " spot with with 3/4 sized unloading area. Unauthorized older vehicles , const. workers, employees ?? would crowd a vehicle in to the area and after three days, Feb 22-24 th, we had two dings on our left side, one on the front door and one on the back . Most were like us , they left their car parked so seldom did a better spot come open when present. Do appreciate many customers were complaining to staff about crowded conditions in various ways and I was in the office several times but there was no manager on hand.

Pay the extra for the NEW rooms - so worth it!!!

Posted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Paying the extra money for a New room was worth it! New rooms are very clean with Queen beds, fridge, microwave and nice tub/shower.
Cons: More healthy options for breakfast - replace the cake donuts with muffins & yogurt!! Improve the Wi-Fi during peak times of day.
Location: Just walk across the street to Disneyland! We picked up a rental car from Downtown Disney to do a day trip to the beach - 35mins away - so worth it!!
Staff is so helpful and friendly both on the phone with many questions prior to our arrival and in person at the desk! We arrived a day late because of our flight so when we finally arrived all we wanted to do was get our 3 little ones and ourselves a nap at the hotel. Our first room was as we requested - a new room on the main floor because we have a double stroller. However, we found it difficult to nap with noise from the outside (elevator and water hose) so I requested to have a room change to the 2nd floor away from the elevator. The staff were so helpful and understanding to this very tired parent. We were so HAPPY with our new room on the 2nd floor, so quiet and our double stroller fit in the elevator no problem. Plus an added perk was that we were able to see the fireworks right from our window!!! Room was big enough to have the hotel crib and our double stroller parked inside. Parking lot always looks full but they have free Valet service that will park your car and bring it back for you. We used the free Safety Deposit Boxes at the Front Desk - which gave us peace of mind! The kids loved the pool - it was big and had the walk in entry which was perfect for our little ones - plus a fun splash pad! The FREE breakfast saved our family lots of money each day - toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs, oranges/bananas, milk & juices - plus there is a staff member constantly replenishing! We stayed 6 days and overall we loved it!!

Great front desk personnel-Christian

Posted Feb 20, 2015
I can't say enough good things about the front desk person who helped us check in, his name was Christian, I've stayed at the Wynn in las vegas during this trip & they could a learn a thing or two from Christian about customer service & customer satisfaction. The impression & experience i got from him I think made me overlook some of the shortcomings of this hotel.

5 min to Disney entrance

Posted Feb 20, 2015
Nice friendly staff. Room was well kept and clean. Pool was large and in great condition. Very convenient to Disney. We returned to the hotel once or twice each day to swim or just to relax. If your going to Disney, this is a fantastic place to stay!!!
