“Great Place to Stay!”

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and even let us tour one of the suites at the hotel, in case we return in the future. Also, in the hotel lobby, they provided a number of brochures for the surrounding area that were very helpful when planning our outings. The hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast, with plenty of variety including cereals, toast, waffles, eggs, biscuits, fruit, juices, coffees and teas. Breakfast was delicious! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had 3 people staying in our room, and we never felt crowded or like we were stepping over each others' toes. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!! The only (very minor) complaint was that the tempterature of the shower had a tendency to fluctuate, but it was not even worth mentioning to the hotel staff. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we're looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to the area!

“Quite Surprised”

Wasn't at all what we expected, actually MUCH nicer. Very clean, private, not noisy. Really close to Newport Bch. Lots of cool places to eat nearby and the price was just right.

I rented the king suite and was surprised at how big and clean it was. The property is very nice and the rooms are decorated nicely. It is centrally located and comfortable for either work or play.

“Return for quality”

My family stayed at this Ramada a few years ago, but have since looked to save a little bit of money on a slightly cheaper hotel - you get what you pay for! For this year's beach trip, we decided we'd pay the little extra money and go back to the one place the whole family remembers as the best hotel we ever stayed in - Ramada Costa Mesa. Excedllent service and the continental breakfast is amazing!

“easy to get to airport, beaches, disnelyland, and la”

this is the second time i have stayed at this hotel. it is convenient from john wayne airport, close to newport beach and laguna beach, good central loaction. the continental breakfast is always enjoyable. the room has been clean and quiet. we've often used the hot tub at the pool all to ourselves. i will definitely go back here on my next trip.

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was actually a breakfast. For the money, the hotel was great. It is in a safe neighborhood and is surrounded by everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable- we would come again if in this area.

I can't say anything negative about my experience. The staff are great. The property was clean.... really clean. The room to the parking lot was spotless. This is a great deal. The staff go out of their way for the guests. I can't say more about how positive my week stay here was!!!!

“Wonderful customer service”

After a hectic drive from San Diego to Newport Beach, it was so wonderful to be greeted by a gentleman who was beyond welcoming and helpful. He repeatedly said to call him if there was anything he could help us with. Our room and the overall facility was very clean. We will definitely stay there when we are in the Newport Beach area next time.
