“Highly Highly Recommended”

We thought the Hotel Mela was great. The staff were very friendly and obliging. Our room was very comfortable and bathroom was an excellent size aswell. We would highly recommend Hotel Mela

“Great place to stay but don't expect early chk-in”

I had the most wonderful experience at this hotel. It is right across the street to the Disney parks, so I could come back for a swim, lunch, or a nap anytime. My room was spotless and so well stocked that I didn't even need daily maid service. The pool was delightful and well maintained. My only complaint is that I arrived at about 10am from my flight. No room was available, so I checked my bags and went to the park. By 2pm I was so tired I went back to hotel and was told there were no rooms available. I asked if I could wait and their employee said they would not check anyone in until 3pm. I even offered to pay extra for early check-in, but was told no. So I wondered around Harbor st. until 2:30. When I got back the same employee was using a walkie-talkie to check on completed rooms while she checked in a line of people. I'm not sure why she couldn't have checked at 2pm when I came in. Oh well, I had a great time anyway.

Close to Disneyland, very clean, good staff. Third year in a row we stayed here will be back for fourth.

We thought this hotel was great. Service was really good, everything was kept clean, the continental breakfat was great, and the pool was nice. We really liked that the hotel was within walking distance of disney. Only drawback was that it was rather noisy during the afternoon. but we would stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

“Great location”

Short walk to down town Disney and good location for resturants outside the park. Also the pool is great for the kids.

“Tinkerbell Half Marathon”

We ran the Tinkerbell half Marathon and picked the hotel for it's close location to the start/finish line. We were plesantly surprised to find out that the hotel and the staff went out of their way, setting up the contintal breakfast early and were extremely helpful and friendly.

“STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!”

i TOOK MY TWO NINCES TO SEE DISNEYLAND. THE STAFF WAS SUPPER ASOME. STAFF TREATED US GREAT. STAFF WAS HELPFUL MORE THAN I EXPECTED. i WOULD STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. THE POOL IS GREAT FOR KIDS. THE BREAKFAST IS GREAT FOR EVERYONE. iDEAL LOCATION FOR WALKING TO PARKS AND RESTURANTS.

“Location location location”

We chose this hotel because of its location close to Disneyland. The room was clean and well maintained, divided into two sleeping areas with a modest kitchenette. I would describe this Ramada as a motel rather than hotel(car parking is free), but the lack of services on site did not detract from the comfort of our stay because volume of businesses in the area. The continental breakfast is served by the pool but can be taken back to your room. Located about 200 metres from the entrance plaza to Disneyland and California Adventure, it was very easy to wander over to the parks with our two kids (4 and 2) at opening times, staying late for fireworks and parades.

“Disneyland's Ramada-Maingate”

This hotel is an older hotel but kept in excellent condition. They went above and beyond to provide an earlier breakfast for those of us that were running a race and needed to eat by 3:00 a.m. The menu options changed day to day and that was good. It appeared that they were starting to remodel the serving area to enlarge it and accommodate more guests more comfortably. Mike and Ozzie pleasantly and efficiently checked us in and provided us the rooms we had requested. The pool was fun and heated. We loved having both a refrigerator and microwave in our rooms. We were in an ideal location for visiting Disneyland and getting to the expo for our race. We would stay there again.

“Would recommend to a friend!”

This hotel was great. Room was large and very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. None of the housekeeping we came across spoke any english but were still eager to help. Walking distance to anaheim convention center. We didnt get a chance to try their breakfast because it ends to early, but other then that, would highly recommend this hotel.
