Stay somewhere else!Posted Nov 30, 2013
Cons: Everything...read above about our experience.
Location: Good location, near Disneyland, but not crowded.
Although the hotel staff were cordial, the facility and rooms were outdated, unkept and had a bad odor. The bathroom floor was buckling near the tub and was dirty. Beds were noisy and uncomfortable, sheets felt like plastic bags. Our stay came with a free breakfast however, it was a joke! The restaurant staff were unhelpful, tables and floor were dirty from the night before (we were the first in line for breakfast). Food choices were so silly and disappointing that we skipped breakfast the next day and ate somewhere else. We were glad we only stayed for a short time or else we would have moved hotels!

Perfect Location, Friendly StaffPosted Nov 18, 2013
Pros: Perfect walking distance between Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center for a good price, breakfast and underground parking included.
Cons: Bathtub had a drippy tap. Air conditioner was loud, had to shut it off at night.
Location: Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center within equally short walking distance.
Personal items were always untouched, closet safe is handy and easy to use. Rooms were always clean, crisp bed covers which were cleaner and more comfortable than my previous stays at other hotels. Buffet breakfast and parking included. Staff was friendly. Outdoor pool & hot tub were clean; swam every morning. In-shower clothesline convenient for hanging up towels and bathing suits.

Clean, Friendly, close to DisneylandPosted Nov 17, 2013
Pros: Clean and close to amenities and fun parks, nice staff and excellent value
Cons: The bathrooms do need updating they are clean and kept just need updating as some items are starting to show some age.
Location: Disneyland, movies nightclubs and restaurants
The stay was excellent I have now stayed there on three occasions, once two years ago and twice recently. The staff were very helpful and the motel was clean with comfortable bedding. We asked for directions and time travel to Universal studios and there information was correct. It is a brisk 10 minute or 15 minute stroll to the front gates of Disneyland, there is the Gardenwalk area just down the street housing numerous restaurants and a movie theatre. Secure underground free car parking. My last two visits were with mates and the last visit my mate and I stayed in one room and the other stayed with his wife, my mates wife had one concern that the shower leaked water onto floor if the curtain was not drawn correctly. Whilst the bathrooms probably do need an overhaul they are clean and function as required. Overall the cost of the motel is great value and I would be happy to recommend it to other people.

Fine hotel close to Convention Center and DisneyPosted Nov 11, 2013
Pros: Location; free garage parking.
Cons: Beds could be more comfortable. A/C fan pretty noise. Free wireless internet in rooms was too slow to be usable. Breakfast could be much better.
Location: Easy walk to Convention Center and Disney entrance. Good restaurants within walking distance.
This hotel is perfectly fine if you're just looking for a place to stay at night. I was looking for a home base while my companion attended conference, but also wanted to spend part of my day in a nice place to relax and read . This hotel is fine as a home base if you're spending the entire day elsewhere - but not a place to hang out during the day. Although there is a pool, and it seems clean, it's also quite small, and not particularly pleasing environment. Free breakfast was a disappointment - after first morning (hard-boiled eggs, (cold) sausage links, oatmeal, bananas, orange wedges, boxed mini-donuts, limited cereal selection, toast) we went to Subway instead.

Never AgainPosted Oct 27, 2013
Pros: Front Desk staff were pleasant.
Cons: Read about our experience and draw your own conclusions.
Location: Location was great. 10 minute walk to Disneyland.
Upon arriving the check in area was nice which gave the impression of a nice hotel. Once in the room, there were no major complaints until.... the woman next door started flapping her mouth. The walls seemed to have no sound insulation as I could hear every word she said and she yapped till midnight. I turned the room fan on, which sounded like a cyclone, to drown out her voice. Beyond that, I won't knitpick the room, as it was a reasonable room. The first morning we took advantage of the included breakfast... it was nasty. Powdered eggs, the apple juice was clear it was so watered down. The coffee very weak. The coffee creamer took 2 times the normal amount. I caught a server refilling the donut plate- he was tearing open the little Hostess 6 packs and emptying them on the platter. They were obviously using out of date donuts from a local supplier as they were stale. Two of the mornings we had to ask to have tables cleared so we could sit- 6 to 8 tables dirty and no one cleaning them. The ceiling in the dining room had massive dark spots and what appeared to be mold?? Don't know for sure. Then, to top it all off, there was a poster in the dining room of Mahatma Ghandi bordered with gold garland and the TV had East Indian programming on it. I would prefer an American news cast. Lastly, the hot tub is a warm tub. Maybe 95 degrees. It's obvious these people are doing everything they can to pinch a penny. We won't stay here again.
