“Great for families”

We were VERY satisfied. The room was spacious (2 adults, 14 y/o & 11 y/o) and quite clean. The room had a small fridge, microwave and coffee pot. There were plenty of towels and the comfortable beds even had down comforters. Parking was free too. Hotel is located an easy walk to Disneyland's main gate. There is a Subway Sandwich, Chinese and Mexican takeout restaurants on the corner. From 7-10 am, they serve full buffet breakfast- scrambled eggs, fruit, bacon, sausage, pancakes, toast, coffee, juice, milk, cereal, etc. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no variety in the breakfast but it was free so we can't complain. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff made a point of greeting us every time we walked by. Overall, we would definitely recommend the hotel and will probably stay there again.

great family-friendly hotel, free parking and breakfast made things easier. parks are just a few blocks walking, and the staff was very helpful. very clean and comfortable for my husband, myself, and our two year old. would definitely stay here next time!!

“Filthy Restaurant”

The hotel restaurant is filthy. The cart used to collect the dishes is gross and has perhaps never been washed. There is dried in food all over it. It should be dumped. The dispenser used for juice is one used by sports teams and is filthy. The cups had chips and worse still lipstick. The breakfast food itself was bad and the management kept harassing about coupons, as if someone would want to sneak in there for a free breakfast. There was a real bad smell in the room bathroom. Like a sewage smell when we flushed.

“Convenient Location”

Booked this hotel based on the reviews. The free breakfast was a bonus. We had some issues with the plumbing. Had to call the Front Desk 3x before they finally moved us to a new room. It was inconvenient to pack up all our stuff and move, but we were just happy to have a working toilet! Front desk staff was always very friendly. Based on price and location, I would recommend this hotel to others.

“Nice Accomodations”

You can only get here traveling west. I missed it the first time and had to circle the block to get back. Very helpful staff. There are restaurants within walking distance. I also walked to the convention center. Good overall experience.

“Close to Disneyland is what it has.”

The proximity of this hotel to Disneyland is pretty much all it has going for it. The staff was nice and helpful but the rooms and the included breakfast buffet left much to be desired. The room was older and a little dingy, but the bed was clean. The bathroom was kind of a joke: (1) There was no furniture or lavatory to set your stuff on, just a sink mounted to the wall; (2) The toilet clogged very easily and there is no lid to the toilet, so that made for a nice picture while waiting for a plunger; (3) The shower pressure was almost non existent and there were holes in the shower curtain. I have stayed at worse places, and at least this hotel was clean, but I think that they are just letting things hover just below status quo because they are right down the street from Disneyland. I would not stay here again.

“Good value”

We booked a family room for 3 adults, an 8 year old and a 4 month old. The room had 2 extremely comfortable queen beds and an extremely uncomfortable pullout couch. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was included; the food was not gourmet but adequate: eggs, bacon, sausage etc. Sure saved some money so we were happy. Another plus is that parking was free. Many of the hotels charge $10-12 per day to park. It was a convenient walk to Disneyland, maybe 10 minutes, which we easily handled with the 2 children. The only real complaints I would have is that the couch was horrible and our bathtub faucet dripped. We contacted the front desk and it was fixed but then started dripping again. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

“Exceptional value”

I stayed at this location for two nights, and was imp0ressed by the room size, furnishings, and cleanliness. You get a lot for your money by giving up a location directly in front of Disneyland and walking the two blocks instead. The only gripe is that their 4th floor wireless internet was unuseable, due to slow speed during the entire two days I was there. I had to use their hard-wired console in the lobby, instead. Otherwise, this hotel is among the best values I've encountered in several years of travel.
