“No Thanks”
Is it me, or does it seem that a lot of hotels reserve handicap rooms for people who book through Expedia? Of course, when I asked for another room, they indicated they did not have any more. Layout of the room is very weird. The desk is actually in the kitchen. I had to do some work that evening. It just seemed to be weird to be working my spreadsheets sitting next to a dishwasher. I asked for a King bed, and got a queen. The room looks old. Not satisfied at all , and would not go back.

Great experience staff was very nice and helpful, room was good and location was perfect.
“Just fair enough”
The room is quite modest in space, considering the price the room could be a bit larger or have a better arragement if furniture. Breakfast is good, but repetitive, after a week better look for alternatives! The breakfast room is cramped during morning hours: too many people for the installations. There is no alternative for food or anything else around. It is good for people that are lodged to work at neighborhood, but not so good if you are enjoying vacancies.
“Fine in Irvine”
I stay at this hotel frequently. It doesn't charge for breakfast or parking, and it conveniently located. The staff who work the desk are very helpful and I have no complaints. The construction around the building is getting old, but that should be completed soon. All in all, a fine experience.
“Satisfied”
Being the second time staying at this hotel, we knew what to expect going in. However, it wasn't as impressive as the first time.Our room looked smaller than the one we had before, but it was still really nice. The only possible thing I can complain about is the broken lock on the door. Other than that, we will definitely be staying there again in the future.
“Reasonably priced for a nice home away from home hotel”
The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous. Nice family type hotel. Will definitely go back next time.
“Great Bakers!”
We purchased some cookie dough at the store before coming back to our room. When we couldn't find a cookie pan/baking sheet we called up front. They said they'd look for one in a vacant room and bring it to us. After some time had passed no one came by so we called up front. They couldn't find one anywhere so we don't know if that means they don't stock the rooms with one. Anyways, Kristen & Elizabeth baked us a dozen cookies and brought them to our room for the inconvenience of not having a cookie sheet in our room. Our 8-year-old was in heaven! Things like this will definitely keep us coming back to this location!!!
“Upgraded from last stay”
ROOM: We stayed 5 months ago (May '09) and decided to stay again when we returned to the area. The rooms were re-done--decor, furniture, kitchen, etc. It was very nice! The only quirk was hearing the upstairs guest walking up the stairs, opening his door and hearing him walk around his room. Luckily it wasn't too late in the evening and he wasn't up all night. BREAKFAST: The juice machine was broken and they served bottled juices instead. But aside from that, everything else was still yummy! Great assortment of foods--there's always something for everyone! Hotel was not too busy or crazy--quiet on the weekends because it's in the business district.
