Half a mile to Disney main gate. Room only had a harsh overhead fluorescent light and no plugs by the bed for charging devices. Room had no closet. Room had one disgusting and dirty old fabric dining chair. Only three small cheap bath towels for two guests. I had to ask daily for new ones, and on the last full day the towels were not replaced at all. No hand towels at all were provided, only one face cloth. Bed was rock hard. Felt like the Peking lot was pretty empty and most rooms appeared vacant. The hotels and motels nearby seem more desirable but were not available when I booked our Disney trip.

During our recent Disneyland trip we stayed 2 nights at the Riviera. Is it the nicest place I’ve ever stayed? No. But for this trip we really just needed a close place to sleep and this was sufficient. Pros: check in was easy and front desk staff was nice, 1 block from toy story parking lot so you can walk there and take bus to Disneyland’s front gate, located across the street from city walk and near other motels so it feels like an okay area, free parking Cons: bed was uncomfortable and they give you the flattest pillows ever…Bring your own if you can! There is a deadbolt on the door but no additional door latch which I thought odd. Overall this is not a hotel I’d stay at for more than a day or two or if you plan on spending a lot of time in the room. But If you are just looking for a place to sleep it’s fine.

Floors felt sticky = never mopped or swept. No ICE Towels are flimsy shampoo/conditioner come in a ketchup style packet The word MOTEL says it all... You get what you pay for. The motel really smelt horrible. Never coming back.

This hotel was awful. I originally booked this hotel because it was mentioned on their website that breakfast was included. There is even a sign by the office that says “lite breakfast 8am-9am” Also, their website says checkout time is 11am, but this is not accurate. Checkout was stated that it was 10am. There was also no smoke detector in the room.

For the price I paid I feel that I got ripped off.The room was not what I thought it would be. It looked out dated. The air conditioner was ragged and loud, The remote to the TV did not work so you had to get up and change the channels, the walls are a dark gray mess and had black marks. The appliances were old and dusty. It is a holiday weekend so everything else was taken and I had no choice but to stay there.

Convenient and affordable. Staff was very nice and room was good size with nice bathroom and furnishings. Negatives were very worn out bedding… burnt holes in the sheets from cigarette smoking and a few roaches.

We were disappointed in the appearance of the hotel room, the cockroach that greeted us and hard bed. But, it was walking distance to the Disney park, quiet and parking included. And the check-in lady was nice. Just painting the baseboards would make a difference. It was bad.

We had a late check-in so we had to use the night window. The room was extremely basic. It had no coffee, and you got one tear packet of shampoo good for one use. It is very clear that sanitization is definitely not a top priority. There was a top to a strawberry that was left on the floor from past guests that never got cleaned up. The bedding was stained. I'm pretty sure there were families living there. We areived just after midnight and there were several rooms wide open and people were going from room to room. There was a group of men who had taken chairs from the rooms and were sitting in the chairs in the parking lot talking quite loudly. Trash littered the parking lot. There was no do not disturb sign. We had to ask the front office for one, and they didn't understand what we were asking for. The parking lot is a terrible design and has all cars parking on an angle towards the back of the parking lot with no real way to get turned around. It was definitely one of the cheaper rooms in the area. But wouldn't reccomend it even as a last resort.

The manager and the owners are thieves and dishonest They will charge you extra 20 dollars for parking And all the advertisement about breakfast included Is BS , this is a false advertisement and it’s illegal I will sue them just to teach them a lesson how to be honest , promoting a false and non existent service or fooling people out of money is a big no no , this is not India it’s America Stay away from those scammers

This hotel for the most part was fine with the main exception of poor Wi-Fi. Solo person business family trip at Disneyland just needed to check my computer a few times, and the wifi would not allow. Everything else was really comfortable for the price service was fine.

Disneyland! Location, location, location! This Hotel is litterly half a block away from a free shuttle that takes you to Disneylands front gate, and they do the security check at the shuttle pick up so you dont have to go through it a the park. Just take a right, walk out of the hotel to the disney park parking lot, across from the cheescake factory. the shuttle runs every 5 min. Its not a 5 star hotel. the ac made a noise but the white noise app took care of that. The room was hot when you first got there because the AC was off (trying to conserve energy) but after it cools down its fine. There where no bed bugs in our room. we did a full check because of one of the previous reviews. The staff was friendly. The check in was easy. The shower is clean and hot. the bed and pillows are not the greatest but you can sleep on it, or bring your own pilllows. But if your looking to do Disneyland on a budget this is this place to stay. Its a place to shower, rest and leave your stuff while you are having a blast at Disneyland.

Small outdated hotel. Super kind and helpful staff. Room was plenty roomy, shower flow and pressure was great. Would like a coffee pot in the room and a way to change electronics near the bed. We had to charge in the bathroom. The one other outlet, would turn off when we turned off the main light switch for the night.

I was alone and first thing I encountered were tweakers. So if you’re one of those, this is the place for you. Too much going on for the area. I thought I’d be nice since it’s near Disneyland’s but I was WRONG. If you’re looking to just party this is for you as well. 10 police officers showed up around 2 am. Like I said, it’s tweakers paradise. But you get what you pay for, right? I wouldn’t take my significant other there or a kid. That’s for sure.

We only did a one night stay.. since we went to a concert to the House Of Blues .. it was great.. walk in distance to the venue..and restaurants. The hotel it self needs upgrading.. but for the price I guess it was fine. The only bad thing was you can hear all the noice from the rooms next door. But overall its good..

I liked its proximity to the convention center, and I liked the friendliness of the staff as well as their effort to keep the premesis clean. What I didn't like was the age of the facility and the lack of basic ammenities. The room where I stayed had no closet and there were no hanging racks or clothes drawers. Had to live out of my duffle bag while there for 4 days. Also, the lamp tables flanking the bed were old end tables that also lacked drawers, and the "desk" was a flimsy square table that also lacked drawers. The furniture looked old. It is someplace I will stay in the future if I want to save money and if my wife doesnt travel with me. I will definitely not book this motel if I know that she plans to join me on a future trip.
