The bathroom was large and spacious. Lacked sufficient closet or rack space. Lots of in-room amenities like hair dryer, iron/board, microwave, and fridge.

Liked the table and chairs and water was very hot.

Pros: Location
Cons: The parking garage and parking up top had a steep drop off to the street and scratched the bottom front of our car. Needs concrete poured in dip.
Location: Beach was nice and we had a bonfire there and it was perfect.
Liked the location but the parking is a little difficult getting out of the garage is steep drop. Scuffed up front of car. Everyone I came into contact to was very nice. I would stay there again. Good location.

Home away from Home

Pros: comfort, quiet, safe
Cons: quality of towels.
Location: Beach, Rainbow Sandals Outlet, San Clemente Pier, Dana Point Harbor, Tide Pools
It was a nice, quiet and comfortable place. There was no pool that was a little disappointing. They have an elevator. We were lucky enough to stay on the fourth floor where there are only 3 rooms so we had a nice view of the family park across the street and we even had our very own public balcony/ porch type of spot. We spent most of our time in Dana Point and this was a very easy back and forth drive. The staff was very nice. Hot water never ran out. If we needed more towels we were asked to come down to the lobby and grab some ( I think they should have been brought up ) but I was just happy that more towels where available. The complementary breakfast was not appealing to me, but my hubby liked the bagels, danishes, I have had better to compare. Price we paid was low making the stay that much more better. We felt very safe.

Night clerk was very overwhelmed. When I asked for extra towels she didn't have any at the desk. She said there should be 4 sets in the room however there were only 3 so we used the hand towel as a bath towel.

Pros: Underground parking was very good. Had an elevator. Room had a small refrigerator & Microwave.
Cons: Definitely the A/C. Just too loud.
Location: We were going on the Catalina Express the next morning so it was very convenient.
A/C was too loud. Our room view was of a trucking yard.

Good hotel for the price

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: Loccation
Cons: Beds
Like the title says, good hotel for the price. Close to restaurants and the beach. Did not expect much, but it was not bad at all. I would go back again.
