The power was out for eight hours, so our phones died. We needed them for our trip to Disneyland because of the app which had our tickets on it. The constant surging (presumably as repairs were attempted) also broke our phone chargers, and the outlets were so poor that the one charger that didn't break charged one phone super slowly. Once the power came back on, the fire alarm went off. There was also a fly buzzing around our room when we first came in, which was gross, and the sheets smelled like chlorine. The front desk didn't care about any of these issues or inconveniences.

On a budget holiday and it easily met and exceeded our hopes. Breakfast could be a bit more and consistent. Some days no fruit. Some days two waffle makers. Some days only one. Banana are cheap have those everyday. Pool clean and tidy.

For the price and location it wasn't bad. Downfall is we could hear everything from the street and the blankets were practically sheets. But other than that it was clean and got the job done.

Great for a quick trip to Disney. Pillows are super lumpy. This hotel is clean and close to the park which are wins for me since I only am in the room to sleep after a long park day

Rooms were pretty clean for what we needed, there was a little dirt in the shower but easy enough to get rid of. The sink was a little hard to use because the faucet was so close to the edge. There were also no towel bars or hooks except for the one above the toilet. If you have 3 or 4 people staying the room that is not enough space for towels to dry, and there was nothing near the sink for a hand towel. Breakfast was also lackluster, thankfully we were able to get breakfast elsewhere on a couple days or else we would have been very hungry in the parks. Overall nice, convenient location and was good for what we needed it for! Would stay there again in the future!

Staff is very nice but the room smelled like weed when we got in there and we had kids in the room. My dad found a cockroach in between the wall and microwave. You can unfortunately smell the sewer in the drains of the shower. There were not really any options for breakfast like other hotels we’ve been to, we have to make our own waffles. Other than that there was just bread, bagels, and cereal— that’s it. The no shuttle bummed me out since it was a 30 minute walk to the Disney park but that’s okay. Overall I’m kind of disappointed and made me question how clean the room was. The only good thing about this property was the customer service.

There was nothing too special about this hotel, but when I left at 7:30 AM and got back at 11 PM it was fine for what I needed. I was surprised though that no one came in from house keeping either of the days we were gone and we didn't put the do not disturb sign on the door, but again like I said we weren't really there so it was fine for that. It had free parking and was a little further from the parks than I had hoped we would have had to cross 2 overpass freeways if we walked.

We have stayed here many times, when making random trips to Disneyland. They are in a great location. Super easy to find when coming off the freeway and is super close to the Disneyland parking garage. Too far for walking, especially at night. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Will stay again.

Room was clean and nice, staff was friendly. There is no shuttle to Disneyland, so we walked one day, took us about 15-20 minutes. The rest of the time we took an Uber to and from, which was easy. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub closed at 8pm. Otherwise, decent stay.

Definitely not quiet right next to a main road, but thank goodness I had my earplugs to sleep (even though I could still hear the cars with my earplugs in). But overall the room was very clean and I was pleased to see that the chair was leather instead of gross old fabric, and the couch was leather too, so it just had a much cleaner vibe and everything seemed really clean.

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay with your family near Disney that will have everything you need , this lodge is very good! It has everything you would expect in a standard room. Room looked up to date. I was coming in for business, at night it was very quiet so just made sure I went straight to my room. Real good price compared to other hotels near the convention center. At check in, staff was very helpful, Would stay again.

The rooms were very spacious & the mini fridge in the room was bigger than the mini fridges in most other hotels. It allowed for us to hold left over food & lots of drinks. It also had a small freezer compartment which was convenient! Definitely staying here again on my next Disney trip!
