will stay again when going to Disneyland

Posted Jan 20, 2015
Stayed 3 nights, 1st by myself , loved my room, spacious, clean and comfortable... 2nd night with family, got a room for 6. Again nice room but small for us with 2 beds and couch taking up most of the room, still very clean, great complimentary breakfast options , free wifi & parking. Good value, will book this one many more times!

Dirty room and maids all playing with their phones

Posted Jan 5, 2015
Pros: Proximity to Disneyland and price.
Cons: Maids need to get off their phones and pay attention to what they're doing, but that seems to apply to most of California.
Location: This hotel is so close to Disneyland, you can walk to the trams, which is really nice.
We've stayed at this hotel before and chose to come here, again, because, although it is old, it's very clean and within walking distance to Disneyland. The room was comfortable as well as the bed, but we left early for Disneyland and didn't get home until 11pm that night...to find the room was untouched. No clean sheets, towels, soap - nothing was done to the room. We had diapers in the trash and needed a new top sheet because my 2 year-old spilled something on it - the room clearly was in need of a turn if anyone had done her job and stopped to look. The next day I scoured the halls to say something to the maids, noting the culprits; every maid was playing with her phone and not paying much attention. When I brought it up to the front desk at checkout, they asked me if I'd left the do-not-disturb sign outside like I was some kind of moron. Won't be coming back.

Only motel close to Disneyland when booked.

Older property with a few recent updates. Beds were comfortable but not very new. A black light activated ceiling was reminecent of my youth.

Cheap & basic. Walking distance to Disneyland

Posted Dec 21, 2014
Pros: Walking distance to Disneyland.
Cheap, not really special. But close enough to Disney to be ok.

old

The hotel is old and smells old. There was mold noted in the bathroom. The bedding was itching. The sofa bed had springs coming off. There is no tram that picks you up at the hotel. You have to walk to the Disneyland parking lot to catch the tram.
