Pros: Walking distance to great food, shops and close to Airport.
Cons: Cant think of anything.
Location: Quiet location yet short drive to airport. Didn't need car once we arrived, I felt safe walking around at night.
Great staff, arrived a little late in the evening from 4 hour drive. Hotel person upgraded me to a beautiful suite at no additional cost, I didn't even ask. Wonderful hotel, you will be happy you chose this one.

Cons: Parking
I was unhappy with the staff. When checking in, they gave me someone else's room. This is a security issue. I also displease that no one told me Before arriving that I would be stuck with paying for parking.

Pros: location and condition
Cons: additional charges (for parking, refrigerator, microwave,......)
Location: Disney land and santa ana airport
Stay is good. but they will charge for every possibility we request like, Parking - we have to pay for the parking every day Refrigerator, microwave,... each item is having additional charges also no breakfast :(

Pros: Enjoyed the view from our room on the 11th floor.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was quite expensive. Room did not have a refrigerator.
Location: Disneyland is pretty close only 20 min away.
Great hotel, comfortable rooms, liked the non smoking policy. King bed was comfortable. Very nice view out the window on the 11th floor. Was able to see the I-5 freeway.

Pros: free internet and gym
Cons: parking price and old decor
Location: isolated can't walk to a store or restaurant
Unhappy having to pay $15 a day for parking but happy with free internet. The rooms are extremely dated with old decor (ugly wall paper everywhere) and old fashion furniture, the TV doesn't have a TIMER button but it is an OK newer TV. The good thing is that the mattress is firm and the linens are white. You can make yourself a complementary cup of coffee in your room, but the staff forgot to restock that the second day, and did not restock tissue in the bathroom or the plastic bag in the ice bucket. My budget room at the Excalibur in Vegas two weeks ago was much nicer. The star rating for this hotel is definitely OVER rated.

Parking charges daily; old towels, no anemities in the room, shampoo and conditioner low quality; three days cleaning ; toilet handle came off. Disappointed with the hotel; have thought it is one of the best but not so. Not recommend

High price for parking

Pros: They upgraded us to a corner suite because it was our anniversary!!
Cons: High cost of parking, no breakfast, not very clean, only a small amount of towels
Location: Very industrial, close to highway.
It was very disappointing to spend 15 dollars a day on parking...When buying the hotel without knowing the name it was impossible to know that the parking would be a quarter of what I paid for the hotel.. Would also be nice if there was breakfast included.

Solid, pleasing hotel

Pros: Solid walls, quiet rooms
Great for a weekend of work. Staff was professional. I didn't eat in the restaurant. I was leaving too early and getting back to late. Had breakfast Room Service which was adequate.

The housekeeping is not cleaning the room thoroughly..all waste and dirty items still aond. They just the bed.
