Arrived late and no one at front desk. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up. Breakfast is not really good and not on par with other hotels in the same price range.

Hotel Is Disgusting...maintenance and service.....

Checked in to find room over 80 Degrees.....Sofa bed not made. We had 88 yr-old with us....room condition and heat inhabitable......Went down to front desk....Attendant came to room....looked at the Air Conditioner and said "oh....it's one of those!!!!" I requested him to fix it...Said he couldn't....Asked to call Maintenance man.....Said ...."Can't...don't have one" Requested why sofa Bed had no sheets, no pillow, no blanket....Said...We never make them up!!" Said....Well, then please make up the bed...he said "no"....sheets are locked up!!!! We left ......Worse hotel I have ever attempted to stay at......Am I hotel savvy? YEs...Marriott Platinum Life member....Never happen with Holiday Inn for sure.....Inexcusable service....His excuse for being ignorant of how to handle any of these issues...."iI've only been here for a few weeks, therefore, this is the reason I can't handle "my job"!!!!!!! Asked for refund...he said no!!!!

Perfect location after a long drive from Ohio to Florida. Clean, and everything we needed for a one night stay. Glad to have reservations, because it appears they filled up and had to turn away some. And as always, the breakfast is a great way to start the day.

We chose this as it was a great place to stop before getting on I95 south to Fl.
