Pros: The worst
Cons: Rebuild the hotel from bottom to top
Location: It's convenient.
I can not say one good thing about this hotel which is the worst in all the areas.

Relaxing Vacation

Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: Update the whole hotel
Location: Santee SC was our location and we relaxed going fishing everyday that it didn't rain
Everything was just fine. The whole hotel could use a major update. The only complaint I have is that the pool was not open at all until like 4:30pm. If its not going to be open all day for people to use what is the purpose of having one???

Pros: Location, room features and cleanliness. Attention to upkeep.
Cons: Different blanket.
Comfortable, well-equipped room and bathroom. Everything worked. Spacious lavatory area, strong shower. Refrigerator in room. Good AC system, and all lights worked. TV was old style, but it worked well. Blanket was strange synthetic that felt like carpet padding, but otherwise bed was comfortable. Location very convenient for I-95. Plenty of eating and fueling options in immediate vicinity. Hotel frequented by other quiet travelers, so no problem getting to sleep.

Not what I signed up for

Well to begin,I chose this hotel because there was no charge for pets or so that is what the site says. I booked our room a week in advance requesting a ground floor room due to having a bad leg and pets. I paid in full a week prior. We arrived late that night,we were told there were no ground floor rooms available because it was a first come first serve basis. While lugging our things uppstairs we noticed an empty room on the ground floor and the following morning my husband went down and questioned why we were not given that room, he was told it was reserved. The following day we were given a ground floor room right at the busiest part of the hotel in front of the pool and vending machines, Greay with dogs! Also I received a phone call prior to our move asking about my dogs and was informed there was a 10.00 per pet charge per night but they were going to waive it due to our problem encountered with the room! Give me a break, this turned out to be purely false advertisement, and this paying up front is garbage to say the least, you pay and get whatever they decide to give you. I should be shocked that we even had a room! We also, as others there were alloted ice, ice machine empty yet if you went to the front lobby they would dole out a small amount at a time, another woman staying at the hotel said to me " I have never seen a hotel like this, have you?" The hotel explanation for all of the confusion was because we had booked online, however I booked over the phone, Joke!
