Very rude customer service at check in. Lady at front desk was vwey rude and mean. Room was dirty. Bed sheets were dirty. Very uncomfortable night stay.

Good cheap stay, in a clean and comfy bed. A/C worked great too. However, there were leaks in the ceiling. The leaks were not actively leaking but damp to the touch and musty.

This place was disgusting. Bathroom door was broke and wouldnt shut. Bedding was gross. Shower was gross.

This is a hidden jewel of a property. The room was large, well furnished with a superb bed. large microwave, fridge, and spacious bathroom. By far, the best value for the money i have seen in years. Very clean and very well maintained.

Awful Room
The room was awful it was dirty bed blanket was dirty and had burn holes in it. Room was one of the worse I have ever seen. Couch looked like it belonged in a junk yard.

Check in and out was easy. However, non-smoking remakes of cigarette smoke, including linens and towels. Toilet was not fixed to the ground properly. Glass light fixture cover was barely hanging on. Popped up tile in bathroom. And GERMAN COCKROACHES! Visible in the bathroom, crawling on us at night in bed. Barely slept, couldn’t wait to leave early the next morning.

My sister and I stayed at this establishment Thursday, March 19- Friday, March 20, 2020. During our stay, we noticed the couch and the floor were dirty. We decided to put a blanket over the couch to be somewhat comfortable. My sister woke up in a frantic because she felt something bite her. Turns out it was a bed bug. I immediately informed the front desk assistant upon check out. The front desk assistant replied "I will have the manager contact you as soon as he arrives". However, I contacted the manager on multiple occasions, he proceeded to explain that he will do an investigation and return my call in a couple of hours. But to no avail, he has yet to follow up with the incident. Later that day, I requested the corporate office's number to explain what occurred. The corporate office was apologetic and filed a complaint . I was told the manager would contact me directly, but he has yet to do so. I also took photos as proof, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone what so ever.

There was not much around for restaurants but the hotel was right next to the highway Services were restricted due to the virus issue

A good night’s rest
Right off the interstate, making it a nice stop on our way to Florida. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious. Fairly quiet, especially for being next to interstate.

Lobby area was very nice. Bathroom was like a closet. Maintenance in the bathroom looked like a child had installed the caulking. If you want to go out for dinner, go 9 miles west (I think exit 145) and find access to many more hotels and food establishments. This place is also close to the highway and we could hear traffic most of the night.

It was awful. I will never stay at this hotel or rent a hotel from hotels.com/Expedia! Both the experiences were terrible. Hotel is filthy, location is dangerous and staff members are undertrained and rude. Hotels.com has undertrained and rude service as well.

I paid 71.28 for the room on hotels.com when I made the reservation. I have a dog and let the hotel clerk know when I checked in. She said it was an extra 25.00 fee. I gave her my credit card for the pet fee. I have another 55.44 charge on my credit card!

A ROACH walked across the counter! We immediately gathered our things to leave and found a dirty pair of men’s underwear on the floor at the bottom of the bed. Extremely noisy, men walking around late at night, children crying. The attendant was nice at check in and documented the roach sighting and dirty underwear discovery upon departure. My expectations were fair. We didn’t expect a 5 star retreat but an unclean, unhealthy, unsafe, environment at any accommodation level is unacceptable. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Served its purpose. It was a last minute place to stay for a low price. Seemed to be clean, rather outdated but like I said it served its purpose. The woman at the desk was very helpful when something went wrong with my card while trying to book. The only downside is the morning before we left around 9 am house keeping entered unannounced. Me and my husband were already awake and had already make a trip out to the car so that left the latches off the hotel door. She apologized but we were awake just a simple knock first or anything.. strange, good thing we were clothed an about ready to head out.

I had very low expectations staying here. The bathroom was not clean. The room smell was as if someone had been smoking in there. There was urine around the toilet and the back of the toilet was dirty. I didn’t bother to report it as I had my own products to ensure the room and bathroom was clean prior to using the bathroom and laying down on the bed. If it wasn’t for no other hotels available in the area being available due to homecoming and rarely being in the room due to homecoming festivities, I would not stay here.
