Very inconvenient

Posted Jul 21, 2014
You pick the key in one location and stay at another. Far from each other. If you check in after hours, they make you return next morning for paperwork. Paperwork is large with instructions, warnings and treats of charge if instructions are not followed in time and order.

Very positive experience. The only problem was the snake that I saw outside

Like being at home! Close to all the Disney parks!

Posted May 22, 2014
Pros: Private and you felt safe since it was gated. I could cook and do laundry and the kids had there own rooms upstairs!
Cons: If there was a little more light at night.
Location: We were 10 minutes from all the Disney parks. Lots of shopping and restaurants!
We had a wonderful vacation staying at the private gated townhouse community. Everything was very a great! Will definitely go back!

Nice condo. Was very clean.

Posted Mar 21, 2014
Loved the condo but we were told that there was a swimming pool. This is a new development and the pool was not ready. Also, the directions given to get there were a bit off. the street name was wrong and because it is a new development, there was no street sign off the highway. You had to drive in the street appr. 300 yards before you actually got to see a street name. We were also told that this was 6 minutes from Disney when actually, there head office is located 6 minutes from Disney and the send you somewhere else. Still not to far from Disney appr. 20 minutes

OK condo with burdensome requirements

Posted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: pool; cleanliness; security on site.
Cons: Eliminate wasted effort to return keys.
Condo was nice, though beds were terrible. Facility was fine. Issue was that after making reservation we found the company that runs it requires you to pick up keys from their office -- 11 miles away -- and then one must return the keys to their office -- 11 miles away. So add 50 minutes of travel that is completely wasted since they have 24 hour security on site that could keep keys. Also said if you set AC under 75 you can break system and will have to pay for it. How absurd is it that you can't set AC under 75? Pool was fine, facility was secure, staff were fine, condo was clean, kitchen was fine. It was OK -- just really annoying with the silly requirements and waste of our time to get/return keys.

Pros: It was nice to have a living room and kitchen.
Cons: This isn't a full service location (meaning you bring laundry detergent, soap, extra toilet paper, clean your linens and towels on your own).
Location: It was located in the heart of Kissimmee, close to many area attractions. Should rent a car if staying here, have to driver everywhere.
Overall, this would be an economical stay location for a family that just wants to chill out and relax. The resort area is nice but need to drive everywhere. It wasn't the best to have to drive to a ck in location and to get the key and then drive 20 mins to the resort (have to return the key to the same place too when leaving). They could definitely improve that part. The townhouse was nicely furnished with most amenities.

deceptive huge hassle

Posted Jan 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
All I wanted was a nice place to stay 2 nights while visiting the Magic Kingdom. This place is a huge hassle. You have to check in during their limited business hours at an office building rental company which is the listed address (not a "front desk" at all), and only then you find out it is 20 minutes away from where you'll be staying, and you'll have to drive back there to return your key there as well. Also they charged us over $100 for cleaning although this was not stated when we booked except as an optional charge for additional cleaning (we barely were there and left it neat and tidy). There was a big hairball on the kitchen towel hanging from the stove. They disrupted our day at the Magic Kingdom by making us go out of the park to sign paperwork under threat of being locked out otherwise. I have nothing good to say; they should not be allowed on hotels.com.

Classic Reunion

Posted Nov 26, 2013
Pros: The townhouse was very comfortable.
Location: The townhouse was in the perfect location with shopping/supermarkets near.
The townhouse was a perfect fit for our family weekend getaway to enjoy the 2014 Florida Classic. Looking forward to next year's trip.
