Decent hotel

The bed was nice and comfortable. It was nice having a mini fridge, t.v., microwave, etc. Would recommend to others.

Pros: Location
Cons: Accommodation needs updating and be better maintained.
We had to change room due to the room not really being fresh. The pictures online were not represented in the physical setting of the room the layout was the same but that's about it. So we decided to take a swim in the pool that was very war, only to discover that there were no pool towels available at the pool. I then had to go to the front desk wait for 5mins before I received pool towels. Complimentary breakfast was sad too. Dry cereal only and milk etc available for purchase. I was glad I had only one night to stay.

It was a good experience, I liked the shuttle to and from universal studios. It was helpful. The pool and hot tub was also nice, it is kid friendly.

Pros: Overall it was ok.
Cons: TV need to be updated.
Location: Lot of attractions in walking distance.
Desk need to know about where the pool is actually at. Not the YMCA pool.

Overcharge above the amount paid on Expedia

I had booked my room via expedia and paid the charge in full ( ten days earlier). When I was there, without me knowing, they charge back the room charge to my visa for 60 US $ and then they reverse the transaction for 44 US $. When I checked out there was no mention of that to me. When I return home I notice the mistake on my visa account. I called 5 time and left 5 message to the manager, to advise them of the mistake ( long distance call), They did not call back. Finally the next day I called again and someone finally responded and said they will do the correction. For me it is a matter of principal, I did not get the credit yet, the net extra cost is 20 $ cnd . To me this is not acceptable, it was a very bad experience.

Pros: Close to universal park
Cons: Shuttle that arrived when park open and then closed
Location: Lot to do and plenty of restaurants
There were not enough luggage carts , they could not find one Friday night and we had to make four trips from the car to the seventh floor . Booked two beds and was given a king. Did find one luggage cart Sunday morning at 5:30 am and only one. Offered shuttle to park at 10:20 and park opened at 8:00 this was useless. Drove there cost me another 20.00 dollars, part of way I booked with this hotel.

Rooms were very clean. Lobby is nice. Otherwise, the rooms were very clean, housekeeping was excellent. AC was being upgraded when I was there -- room stayed at 74 most of the time, which for this Santa sized man was an issue- but it was fixed by the next day. I liked that the rooms were reasonably priced, and the location is near everything.

Big rooms and comfy beds

Great rooms and beds. Wifi a bit dodgy in rooms but we were on the top floor. The pool isn't that great but the location off international drive is perfect and you can go to wet n wild easily!
