We stayed April 2024. Big pool where everyone hangs out day and night. The rooms are average size and good enough for the price point. Staff was friendly. It is a great spot if you don’t want to rent a car. Free shuttles to all the parks and walking distance to pointe Orlando and a ton of restaurants. People complain on here about the black feet…there is a rubber non slip coating on all the sidewalks near your rooms and by the pool. Due to the non slip coating when you walk around in bare feet it does make your feet look dirty or “black” but it is easily mitigated by washing your feet! The bathrooms do need some updating but we would book it again for its convenience and the pool!

The hotel is clearly doing some renovation which is great, I've been to this hotel 4 times and each time it's a different experience. We were given a room facing the pool view, HORRIBLE. There is just yelling until 12am, kids running up and down the hotels outside. Which is understandable they are kids on vacation, its expected. The elevator takes forever we had to take the stairs a few times, if you are out past 8pm-10pm good luck finding parking on the side your room is at. Don't pay for breakfast it is not worth it you are better off going to a bakery or even IHOP, now as far as the rooms they are pretty good, smell nice but they need some deep cleaning. The walls are pretty dirty with whatever type of stains, our sheets were clean the bathroom was pretty clean Aswell. The floor never gets swept when they come change the sheets which is pretty annoying. The floorboards definitely need to be deep cleaned. The other thing I truly do hate you see no hotel staff at night, unless you go to the lobby, we were sleeping and at like 2 am we had a strong smell of weed in the room, they were smoking by the elevators. It's just stuff like that annoy me. Good 4-night stay just minor bumps.

The customer service at the front desk is terrible, upon entering the hotel already gives the impression that it is not clean, the rooms are damp, the sheets smell bad, the room smells bad, the bathroom is dirty… it is not a recommendable hotel

When we first arrived their system was down and we couldnt get a room key, maitenance was supposed to let us in our room we sat outside our room for almost 30 minutes before they let us in, our room floors were nasty and dirty your didnt want to walk bare footed un your own room, went to eat breakfast they had no forks, some of the lights didnt the fixtures were falling off the walls there was trash behind our nightstand and many other small problems

I enjoyed my stay check in was quick and easy and the property is walking distance from the attractions nearby and plenty of restaurants and bars . The amusement themed and waterparks are also nearby as well overall I had a great time.

The location of this hotel is good for all the parks. It’s on International Drive and close to lots of restaurants, which was great. The hotel can be a bit noisy but not the biggest problem if you’re tired from full days at the parks! Comfortable beds and room was clean. Parking was handy as we had a hire car.

Everything was wonderful, the king bed was OMG DELICIOUS!! The only thing that I would Recomend is to upgrade the breakfast. And it would be Perfect! The pool is TERRIFIC!

Hotel wasnt bad. However people should not be smoking out in front of rooms because the smoke smell Came into our room 3 nights in a row. The other guests thought they were in their own apartment complex aitting in chairs in front of door and smoking and we had to smell that even walking in the hallways. Not fair to those who have asthma like me. Nonetheless everything's satisfactory

Overall it was a good hotel. It had a nice pool area. The room could have been cleaned better. I spilled water on the floor and cleaned it up with a towel. I had to move 1 of the tables and it was dirty underneath it. The towel got dirty from the floor. And under the soap dish was this black stuff. When i checked in i was never given my breakfast vouchers. So i had to go back to the front desk the next day and get it. Lastly, Im not a big Starbuck coffe drinker. But if your going to advertise Starbucks coffee atleast make sure thats whats in the cup. The coffee was horrible. It tasted like the coffee they leave in your room. I had to leave off of the resort just to get a good cup of coffe. Again it was a nice hotel. They juat need to make a few adjustments

Our stay here wasn't the greatest but wasn't the best either. From the start our second key didnt work so we returned it to the office and they "reprogrammed" it and said it should work but it didnt. So we only had 1 working key for 4 people, which was a little annoying. Our ac only worked half the time. Thank the gods it was only in the 70s for our entire stay there or our room would have been miserable. There was 2 times we had came in behind house keeping and our ac was completely shut-off. From the looks of it the entire hotel had been completely renovated but there was several flaws to it. The door to our room had a gap between the wall and the door and also a gap between the floor and the door, so our room could have easily been broken into if someone really wanted to get in. Every time we turned on the shower, especially the hot water side it screamed at us for atleast 5 minutes but it was bare able. Other then the issues listed above it wasnt a overall bad stay. It was close to the conventiona center but yet close to several food options as well. The pool and hot tub wasnt bad either. Even with the pros to this place we will not be returning to it due to the gaps in the door. That is completely unsafe, especially if someone was traveling alone.

I have stayed here 3 times and on 2 occasions things have gone missing from the room! This time it was only a chocolate bar from the UK but none the less things went missing! I would ensure that everything is locked up when leaving the room!

Okay stay. Safe. Shuttle to theme park available. they offer Breakfast included for small bucks but the place is very small and food was not that great. Stayed for 30-40 min. in line and may not worth it. Serving star bucks coffee and was good though. Room service was good. Swimming pool was nice.

Easy access and check in process but that’s every hotel. Room was clean but not to the fullest. There was either pubic hair or facial hair on the bathroom tub walls from the previous person there. The pool is nice and relaxing, the bar drinks are good. Now the breakfast is not the best tbh. Would I reconsider, yes. It is worth the price. Yes as well.

Very happy with the resort except the national championship NCAA tournament game. They scrambled the game so you can’t watch it in your room so you watch it down at their bar very shady and low move.

The people working at the front desk is not properly trained, they charged me twice for my reservation , and they were not able to fix in their own took days to clear up, ath the end they still over charged me with double resort fee and I have no been able to talk to a human being to fix this

The location was great, however there is 2 Avanti’s within only a couple miles of each other. We initially went to the wrong one. The room was average. Was enough space for our family. There was noise outside during sleeping hours and there was a humidifier(I think) in the room that made a lot of noise as well. We really enjoyed the pool area and the bar though and easy check in with good parking selection.

The room was not the cleanest the floor had dirt all over it ~ the shower flooded the entire bathroom every time you took a shower. Came back from dinner one night and 7 police cars in the entrance with one guy in hand cuffs and the morning we checked out about 5-6 police cars and cops standing right outside our building. Does not give off a good vibe.
