We stayed at Bella Piazza Condos for 5 days during our trip to Orlando to go to Disney World. Pretty convenient to the attractions we went to and close to a Wal-Mart (for last minute needs and grocery shopping) and various restaurants. Very clean and no issues. Everyone was super friendly.

Nice place to stay

Pros: Spacious rooms in condo.
Location: Disney parks. Pizza parlor. Restaurants for all tastes.
Convenient to Disney. Basically a quiet complex but air conditioner units were noisy outside our room. Great pizza place nearby.

Watch out for hidden non-refundable charges !!

Pros: The place was very nice and clean
Cons: Don't bait and switch with your hidden non-refundable waver fee. State what the total cost is upfront so that people can see what the real deal is.
We arrived at 7:00pm Monday and did not get into the condo until 9:00pm. We did not get any directions for after hour (5:00pm) arrival. Call the number in our packet and was directed to go to lock box outside the Contempo office 8 miles away to get our package with the code for the condo lock box for the key. We then got back to the Bella Piazza complex and try to find our building and unit. The building numbers are mounted on one place only at the second level height and is very had to see in the dark. After asking 5 different people who had no idea where our building was we frustratedly drove and walked around for over an hour and eventually found our unit. The map in the package from Contempo was of poor quality difficult to read and totally useless. We had to fill in and take our registration to the Contempo office again the next day and was told we had to paid a non-refundable $100 waver charge for our 3 day stay. This was never mentioned or shown on any paperwork prior to this moment. Buyer beware of hidden charges. We booked thru Expedia and this is our second bad experience with them and will never use them again. This is our first time with Contempo and will not trust them again. I heard from people I met on the golf course who told me that there are a lot of condo type places in this area that are just as nice or better and their waver fees are refundable and are stated upfront.

Excellent for family that likes home style vacations

We were party of 7, 3 adults and 4 kids. All of us were very happy with the apartment, the location (waking distance to super market and few restaurants) and the guests area (swimming pools, business center, playing room) and the proximity to Disney world. The only inconvenient was the attempt to get the keys to the apartment at 6pm. It took us 3 hours, to wait most of the time, with customer Representatives from Expedia that were not able to help. We understood that 8 different companies are managing the rental and any one of them is responsible for different units. Expedia did not provided late arrival procedure and was not able to assist us. Some of the other 7 companies had such a procedure and an emergency number you can dial. Non of this was available for us. Actually, I called the hotel number provided on Expedia trip reservation a day prior to the departure and they sent me an email on how to get the keys. This procedure should be on the trip reservation. Unfortunately I had a problem to retrieve the email on my laptop. But please notice that if I did not call the hotel, nobody is actually taking care to advise you what to do if you arrive after 5pm. Try to imagine how I felt after 12 hours of driving to feel helpless on the phone with Expedia service, 4 kids, wife and friend from Austria, all of us extremely tired.
