It was a great last minute option for us when we had the worst travel day imaginable causing us to have to rework our plans on the fly. The pool was clean, the staff was super helpful and I loved that they had an airport shuttle! Our room did have some issues in the bathroom (loose curtain rod didn’t allow the shower curtain to close completely, and the shower drain didn’t drain properly) but overall a very nice, clean place to stay.

To begin with I stay at traditional Sonesta hotels regularly and this is not a Sonesta hotel by a long shot. This is actually the Airport Inn and Suites that has been renamed. Rooms were fairly clean but worn and dated. Breakfast was powdered eggs and greasy sausage patties with a few cereal options. Had to get an Uber to and from the airport because their shuttle only operates at limited times. Overall it has a motel 6 vibe - cheap, somewhat clean, inconsistent shuttle…not at all a business travelers hotel.

Door by the handicap parking would not work. You had to walk all the way around the building to get inside. You can exit the door by the handicap parking. Very inconvenient for handicap.

That door is locked to protect our front desk team we are sadden this was a inconvenience but it is handicapped parking on both sides of the building

Not a walkable area at all, only meal option was Waffle House. Very noisy and echoey. With standard movement it’s noisy, there were multiple children on my floor (the top floor) playing shouting and rough housing in the hallway and room.

They gave our PAID room away. The staff member who was working when we finally arrived “found” us a room but it didn’t have enough beds to accommodate us. Wasn’t what we booked at all.

We had a very pleasant stay! After arriving to Florida for a funeral the original hotel we booked at ended up having roaches so we then found the Best Western in hopes of having a much better experience and WE DID!! It was quiet, clean, and the staff was so welcoming! Thank you for turning our nightmare into a relief.

At such a reasonable rate via Expedia, the room was surprisingly well maintained, to the point that the spotless carpeting looked as though it had been recently shampooed, which was a welcome change from my usual experiences. It bothers me to no end when a room smells dirty and musty from the time you enter. The bathroom was meticulously clean and attractive, the beds were comfortable, and all the room amenities were in perfect working condition. I actually wished that our plans hadn't caused us to check in so late because I would have enjoyed a much longer stay. We would highly recommend and return to this location in the future.

Front staff was nice hotel is good. Airport shuttle took way to long and was not a true airport shuttle van. Took 2 calls and over an hour to get shuttle from airport to hotel about 10 min away.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The guests across the hall were very loud at 4am. We did not report it to the front desk because we did not want a situation.

I read various comments about this hotel before coming. Many cautionary and downright discouraging. I am a frequent contributor and am thankfully able to read between the lines. Yes: it is older but it is in very respectable condition. My room was clean and comfortable: not overrun with all the bugs people said. But, yes , Florida DOES have bugs! I had them in my own home there at times. The reception staff was wonderful and a call placed to the hotel beforehand was answered promptly and my request for the first floor done. Airport transfer was seamless after I called. About 10 minutes. Their van was broken so they rested a limo! Free Breakfast was very substantial with eggs, sausage, waffles & fruit… better than the continental advertised. Go port took many of us from the hotel to the port with a very friendly driver who took us on a tour as we went. So, don’t believe everything you read. Many people expect everything for nothing. This is reasonably priced and NOT the Ritz but did the trick for me. Also, Waffle House next door and Taco Bell & Popeyes 1 block away.

Our room was as far from the elevator as possible. My wife uses a walker so it was very inconvenient. The room was adequate but the only place to sit was on the bed which was inconvenient and uncomfortable. Will not book this property again
