I paid a higher price to stay here as their shuttle was advertised to run 5am to 10 pm. Called hotel at 9pm and was told shuttle stopped at 5pm. Another $20 got to the hotel. Do not false advertise. Verify shuttle hours before reserving. Entering the room we really questioned whether the carpet had been vacuumed recently. Bow shower curtain rod falling off the wall. Very hard to shower without a proper shower rod. Its really too bad after a long day of travel you land and expect to use services as advertised and a decent room and you get this.

Very Humid in the room, the bedding felt damp from the humidity. If they replaced their a/c units with newer ones this may help. Looks like they try to keep things in decent shape but they need to update the ac units to keep mold from growing.

The front desk staff were so sweet and accommodating, but the facility is going through a renovation. It will get the job done for a quick trip, but that’s about it.

We checked in and was told there was no water but it would be working shortly, they already took my payment and wouldn’t refund us… we went to our room the hallway smelled awful and the room was dingy and smelly. We stayed for a few minutes then left, was told at the front desk that we would not get a refund but at that time I didn’t care, I just had to get out of there….made you feel itchy! Never again and I will definitely tell everyone who asks not to go there!

Donna took extra time to help us out. We had an early flight the next morning and she was kind enough to give us a quiet room. She gave us great suggestions for dining options. I watched her work with those ahead of us and she is very professional but also warm and helpful!

I didn’t read reviews until after I got there because I was in shock. I’ve never stayed somewhere this bad to be honest. The smell was HORRID. The main floor was ok because it was overly saturated with scents (probably plug ins)…. But once we got to our floor it was instant mold / mildew smell. Also smelt smoke strongly even though it was “non smoking”. The sheets had stains, floors were dirty, the tub faucet was leaking, had cracks in it shower, and the ac didn’t cool down the room at all. It was convenient for the the location to the airport, and breakfast was ok. But that’s about all! Wouldn’t return.

Check in gal was so sweet and helpful! That is my only positive about this hotel. The elevator sounded like it was going to break upon arriving to our room. The entire doorhandle was loose/jiggly hanging by a thread. The room had a terrible smell very outdated, mold in the bathroom just ick. We were traveling to SFB early in the morning, so wanted someplace close, but will definitely make a different decision next time

When we arrived the man at the check in desk was not friendly or welcoming and very grumpy. Never cracked a smile. I spoke to manager, he said they had other complaints and were working on it. The rooms were run down and not in good repair, old carpeting, leaky faucets and lousy shower heads. I have stayed in other hotels for the same price in much better shape. Personally, I would not go back.

After ordering a pizza and letting it sit on the desk within a couple hours it was covered in little bugs. I would not stay here again.

Limited outlets for device charging. Bedside lamp had 2 outlets that had been stretched with use so the connection only worked intermittently. Bathroom caulk was molded and the ceiling had water spots. Toilet porcelain was so scratched it was nasty. The vending machine ate my cash. All that said, the staff was very helpful and gracious.

I turned on the heater in my room and in just a couple of minutes the fire alarm went on! Also the door had close to an inch gap on the side of door. I had an early flight but the shuttle didn’t run at that time so I had to take a taxi to airport which cost $30.00. That’s why I stayed there to be close to the airport for the shuttle service. Very disappointed!!

Have so many Bed Bugs, my room was 316, and I ordered first day was 127, and they rise pricenext day to 175, and I check online was 158, too expensive for this kind motels

Basic hotel. We’ve stayed twice out of convenience to Sanford Orlando Airport. However, on the recent trip, their advertised shuttle was of no use as the hours are very limited and the shuttles booked quickly. Fine for a night’s sleep before a flight but nothing special.

This hotel was in a great location for us to catch an early flight from Sanford Orlando in the morning. The staff was absolutely excellent, very friendly and competent. And, since we'd miss out on the breakfast due to early departure, they packed us each a breakfast-to-go bag that was ready for us at check-out at 4:15am. My main concern, which is not minor, is that when we opened the door to our room the musty smell of mildew/mold was very strong. I just got the air conditioner going to try to take some moisture out of the air, which did help. But I'm not sure what we were breathing as we slept!
