Still a good location and good value accommodation

Posted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: Location, value for money, friendly check in/out staff
Cons: Needs more space to put things on in the bedrooms, like a dressing table or a desk
Location: Plenty of choice of nearby restaurants on Hwy192, easy to get to routes to most key Orlando locations
This was our fourth visit to Saratoga which I guess says something about what they offer. The location suits us and value is still one of the best, although the 2 bed villa we had this time was looking as if it was in need of a bit a facelift and didn't look as clean and fresh as on our previous visits, maybe a coat of paint on the walls and some new carpets (or a deep clean) would help. The abandoned pedalo on the lake out the back didn't improve the view!

2.5-3 star

Chose this hotel based on the VIP access and villa rather than standard hotel room. Front desk staff is completely unhelpful. Beds nice, but the villas themselves appear old, remind me of an old apartment that you would rent in college. Good location, close to disney

Looked like a nice room close to Disney world

Posted Jan 25, 2015
Pros: The restaurant was good and the kids enjoyed the pool
Cons: A good cleaning of carpets and some pest control to limit the amount of insects in the room.
Location: 15 min drive to Disney world
The hotel grounds were in great condition but inside the room the carpets are dirty and stained, the door handles did not work, we had to change rooms because of electrical issues .

Perfect for a young family

Posted Jan 23, 2015
Pros: Less hectic than staying on I drive, yet has everything and is closer to Disney
Cons: Perhaps a high chair to use / rent for the length of our stay.
Location: 10 mins from Disney and premier outlet mall, 5 mins from all family restaurants, a giant Target supermarket. Adventure Golf next door.
Since we have two young kids (4 and 18 months), we needed a suite hotel with plenty of room, separate bedrooms and living area and full kitchen, as well as being quiet, offered a pool, free parking, near shops and restaurants and had a laundry service and a free shuttle to Disney within 15 mins. The BWP Saratoga has all of this for a very low price. I can't quite believe how they manage to do it for the rates they charge. We had a standard 2 bedroom condo which was bigger than most semi detached houses in London. Very clean, comfortable and practically brand new. The pool was very warm and although we never ate at the bar/restaurant, it looked good. It has all the family chain restaurants within a five min drive. There is also a huge Target next door so you can stock your kitchen very cheaply if you prefer to eat at home. Since we have young kids who are very picky with what they eat, this was extremely useful. We also bought all our Disney souvenirs here as they were a third of the price. If you are looking for all the above, you will not do better than the Saratoga so stop looking, you've found it.

Very nice, especially if you're traveling with a group of people. Very roomy. Clean. Good location, lots restaurants close by, short drive to Disney. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Rooms
Cons: Staff
I had a bad experience (non reply to missing liquor) with hotel staff until I spoke a second time with the manager. He cleared things up and I am satisfied with the outcome.

You get what you pay for.

Small and outdated. Good for cheap family stay. Not a bad drive to Universal or Disney.
