Great place, great locationPosted Mar 5, 2014
Pros: Location, quality for price
Cons: Earlier shuttles to Disneyworld and free shuttle to Universal. The Universal shuttle price for two people is only slightly cheaper than taking a cab.
Location: Starbucks, Walgreens and some restaurants within walking distance. Easy location to commute from.
We were very pleased with our stay at the Blue Heron Beach Resort. It was a decent distance from Disney and Universal and the room was exactly what we were looking for.

Location and pricePosted Mar 2, 2014
My family was looking for a place to stay for our Disney vacation that was inexpensive and close to the park. We had a great room in a great location. My wife and I had our own room and bathroom while my kids slept in a bunk bed in the hall. The kids loved the jetted tub at bath time after a long day at Disney. The location was almost as good as being on Disney property. Only a ten minute drive to the Disney parks and five minutes from Downtown Disney. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked an extra nights stay. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful View of the LakePosted Mar 1, 2014
Pros: The view and the location to nearby restaurants and shops.
Cons: Daily maid service included in price. More comfortable sleeping sofas. The suites don't really sleep 6 adults comfortably, only 2 adults and children.
Location: Located near fast food and sit-down restaurants, outlet malls, air boat tours, Down Town Disney and Disney Parks. Beautiful view right on the lake.
The Hotel Suites were clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. The pool and spa were nice as well. But there is no daily cleaning, they have a washer and dryer for you to wash your own towels etc. You pay extra for maid service. We had two one bedroom suites which were supposed to sleep 6 adults in each room. The sofa couch was not comfortable for adults and the bunk beds were too small for adults. So while it states it sleeps 6 adults, I would disagree and say it sleeps two adults and children. The bed in the master bedroom was actually too soft, like some type of memory foam? We could not open the master closet without rearranging the furniture (too tight). But overall, it was pleasing. It it had a nice living room and kitchen. We thought the location was great, if you have a car. Near many fast food and sit-down restaurants. It was only a few miles from the Disney Parks and Downtown Disney. If you want to see Gators try SPIRIT OF THE SWAMP, they had awesome airboat rides and guides.

Great Hotel, close to all the parks and shopping!Posted Mar 1, 2014
Pros: It was easy to find, and close to so many of the Florida attractions.
Cons: The pool should be open later then 9, and the mattresses could be more comfortable.
Location: Very close to the Disney parks, and outlet malls. Universal was only about a 10 minute drive.
We had a wonderful view from the fourteenth floor the hotel was clean, had in-suite washer and dryer, which was a plus, 2 full bathrooms, also a plus with 4 teenagers. A full kitchen, so we could fuel up before heading to Universal, and have a home cooked meal when we got back.Great hotel, close to so many places, and it was easy to find.

Nice big condo with a beautiful viewPosted Feb 28, 2014
Pros: Lake view and large condo
Cons: Carpets were very soiled, and internet service was poor. Beds uncomfortable.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Outlets very close.
Condo was large. Beautiful view of a quiet lake. Nice pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants. I would probably stay here again if I went back to Orlando, but would request a different condo.

Great Location - Friendly StaffPosted Feb 26, 2014
Pros: Location and Room set up - great amenities
Cons: A wifi router in every room
Location: Close to all major attractions
This hotel is conveniently located for Universal Studios, Sea World and Disney World. The suite has 2 bedrooms plus a bunk bed area, 3 t.v.'s, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a washer & dryer and 2 balconies (one with a view of Disney fireworks and one with a view of Lake Bryan). You can walk a few yards to a Starbucks and Subway. There is also a dollar store close by you can walk to for kitchen / bathroom supplies.

Nice place for a great price with a great locationPosted Feb 25, 2014
For a little over $100/night, our 6 person family was able to enjoy Orlando. The "sleep 6" meant a bunk bed tucked in a nook in the hallway, and a full size sleeper sofa. Kids didn't mind at all. Full kitchen and in-room laundry is a plus.

Pleasant room/great to have full kitchen/lake viewPosted Feb 24, 2014
Pros: Attractive room, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen.
Cons: Wrong restaurant recommendation by someone in the lobby (on the staff). Place had closed and they didn't know it. We drove around a bit.
We had three adults in this 2 bathroom apartment-style location. Close to the conference hotel, and MUCH LESS money. We had an excellent stay.
