UnderwhelmedPosted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: Beautifully landscaped.
Cons: Better communication from staff and better problem resolution.
Location: Disney World, Sea World, and Universal are all right there, as are two great outlet malls and plenty of restaurants.
We stayed here four nights, with the first three as guests of an owner (time share) and the fourth as a paid guest. They were kind enough to connect the two reservations so that we never had to move. It took over 20 minutes to check in as they only had one staff person working the desk, and there were two people ahead of me and two people behind me. I was told at that point that their clubhouse was closed for renovations, so there was no business center for me to use to print boarding passes or some shipping labels I needed. I wasn't told at check-in so didn't realize that there was not any maid service or room refreshing for our stay. (unless you stay 7 days or more, apparently). Room had ants and wasn't super clean - kitchen counter had sticky spots and there was a fair amount of hair on shower floor. Very little sink counter space in master bathroom, and the TV in master would turn-on by itself, so I think a remote from another room was on same signal. Internet was cut-off on our last day/night, and when I called about it, the front desk acted like it was my responsibility to "check-in again" even though they had connected my reservation. Remedied quickly. We spent most of every day/night off property in the parks, so we didn't use any of the amenities of the property, though they looked lovely. It was really overpriced for how we used it. Really geared more to people who will spend time there on site and who are prepared for a long walk to the hot tub.

Not my favorite resortPosted Dec 15, 2014
One out of the 2 pools were out of service. Pool entertainment was boring. Was NOT impressed with the resort.

Nice quiet family resort.Posted Dec 10, 2014
Pros: Beautiful grounds!
Location: Lost of shopping (Outlet Mall) close by and only minutes to Sea World and Disney
Nice quiet resort certainly geared towards families. We enjoyed our stay and loved having coffee and breakfast poolside every morning. Would certainly stay there again.

Perfect resort for an extended stay!Posted Oct 1, 2014
The staff was friendly. The room was a great size with all the amenities to stay for an extended time. The pool, barbeques, firepits, jogging trails and hammocks were some of the highlights.

Family vacationPosted Sep 27, 2014
Wonderful place to stay for our family of four. Excellent pools, close to everything, very nice room. Only issue was wifi was a little spotty in certain areas of the condo. Everything else was fantastic, would definitely stay again.
