Yep, it was probably great about 20 years ago, but for the price it was just fine. Close to what I needed. Just make sure you head east for your shopping needs, toward Costco and target. Really convenient for Uber to get around. If you are picky, skip it. If you want a place to sleep with a $4 breakfast ...
It was very convenient and good location...i only stayed one night but got charged for two because I booked for two nights but had some delays on the way..but not complaining
We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, inexpensive and a good location. The only problem we had was the noise from the people above us. They were very noisy.
This Howard Johnson is in front of a Wal-Mart and even though one would want to be as close to Disney, I recommend this place since Kissimmee is such a hidden gem . This hotel is comfortable and quiet. We have stayed here before and have no complaints. Staff is friendly. It might seem rundown but ...
Would suggest more protein options for breakfast-boiled eggs were the only non-carb option! Also, options for sweeteners for coffee/tea were only sugar or pink stuff (saccharin, right?). Should have choices like Spenda/Equal or equivalent at minimum!
convenient if you need to be in the downtown orlando area. although road construction is in progress you could hardly be disturbed by any noise. less crowded area of downtown. easy access around north or south of orlando.
Close to the airport, with a very convenient shuttle bus. Rooms were nice but obviously the hotel is dated. However they were clean. The staff was fantastic, very pleasant and very attentive to your needs. The restaurant was OK. I just had a salad with some shrimp. Prices seem to be average.
The hotel was close to the Orlando eye. Which we totally enjoyed. And far enough away from all the traffic on international drive. Which was only a few minutes away. Convention center is also not to far away.
