“Looking forward to staying there again.”

We used this hotel last year and returned again this year for it's exceptional value, above minimum ammenities and amazingly "close to Disney" location. The price makes it possible to stay at Disney longer before we have to go home. The heated salt water swimming pool is lovely and the giant jacuzzi is essential after a long day walking and standing in line. The deluxe rooms are really nice. These little things make a lot of difference between a fun vacation and a GREAT vacation.

“Excellent”

Everything was fine... staff was multiligual which is a plus for such a large tourist destination. Only one person at front desk to handle all business which slowed check in & out but was very efficent with time productivity.

“Impressed!!”

After reading the low reviews I was a little afraid to book, but I did so anyway. My room was extremely clean as well as my sisters who also stayed here. Someone claimed bed bugs, that was a lie beds were in excellent shape. Another reviewer claimed roaches were in the room( Maybe you should keep the door close so that bugs from outside do not come in) I had no bugs in my room. The one thing I did not like was that NOT all rooms have a fridge and would be extra to get a room with one. It is close to everything and about 20min to Universal and Aquatica as well as Disney. Some of these low reviews are bogus and probably expected they were staying at a 5 star hotel. For what I paid for it was well worth it and will stay again.

“A great basic place to stay for the price”

The only thing- rugs are a little worn and old. Otherwise, maid service was great (sheets and towels changed every day), it was very basic but I expected this, and considering the price, was a choice place to stay. Right in the middle of things. Coffee maker, iron, bathroom, 2 double beds, basic TV (but this was all more than enough). Friendly workers.

“Great room for the price!!!”

We didn't have alot of money to spend on a hotel and ended up with a GREAT one. The hot tub and pool outside were perfect, and towels provided outside by the snack bar was an added touch. We will be back!

“East Maingate Howard Johnson”

This hotel is 2 miles from Disney world and a couple blocks from Interstate 4 ( Orlando's main Freeway) The hotel has all the standerd features (pool/hottub-open till Midnight/ laundry mat) and was very satisfactory.

“Nice hotel”

It wasn't luxurious, but it was clean, spacious, and had everthing we needed. Normally I don't sleep well in a hotel, the beds and pillows aren't comfortable; however this hotel was, I slept great and was rested the next morning.

“Great hotel for the price!”

Nice clean room. Hotel is older but well stocked with everything you could want. Room ended up being better equiped than a Disney Value resort room. Not a bad drive to almost everything you want to see in central Florida.

“Best Hotel Price In Town”

The Hotel is visualy appealing both outside and inside. It was the most econmicaly priced hotel we found so close to Disney. We just did not understand why they asked for a deposit on top of the normal charge of the room. The hotel was such a good price that we did not even argue about the deposit. We just payed it.
